国内确诊，要求立即手术，我却飞回加拿大。加拿大医疗到底与国内有什么不同？My Breast Cancer Surgery in Canada

这是我作为一个加拿大新移民的一个历程，经过这个治疗我也真正体会到了加拿大的伟大之处！

特别庆幸我最终选择加拿大治疗乳腺癌，总体来说，无论是治疗方案，还是对患者的照顾与关怀，加拿大要比中国精致很多。我不仅享受到了世界最先进的治疗方法--免疫治疗，同时治疗期间所有的费用都是免费的，包括，化疗、手术、住院、护工，就连乳房重建和假发都免费给患者提供。当然还有社工服务，对你进行情绪疏导，心里建设等。

I was fortunate to return to Canada to treat my breast cancer. Overall, the treatment method or the care for the patient is much better. I not only received the world’s most advanced treatment method, immunotherapy, but all the expenses during the treatment were free. This included chemotherapy, surgery, hospitalization, and nursing staff. Even breast reconstruction and wigs were provided to patients free of charge. There are also social work services provided with emotional and psychological counseling.

有时我在想，作为一个新移民，并没有给这个国家做过什么贡献，但是却享受到了最好的医疗服务，使用了国家最好的医疗资源，都有些愧疚。一位朋友曾说过，加拿大是一个伟大的国家，只有你在这里呆久了，才能感受到她的伟大。是的，我想这种就医的公平，这种对患者的尊重，让人民有尊严的活下去，就是这个国家的伟大之处吧！
As a new immigrant, I had made no contribution to the country. however, I had the best healthcare, I felt guilty. One of my friends told me that Canada is a great country. I think that the great thing is the fair health opportunity for every person, the respect shown to the patient, and providing the citizen with dignity life in this country.

第二个疗程：小紅莓（Doxorubicin +癌德星Cyclophosphamide）+帕博利珠单抗Pembrolizumab
