Saw that Andy Obst is second in the league for threes made per game, Tyler Dorsey fourth on that list.
Thomas Walker the steal and the score from a player who is so integral to Olympiacos.
On defense really away from the center position along with McKissick and Ward both of those other
two players are getting back. Ward is as we see by a knock down the outside shot and it's guess
three talented big men now in the center position for Olympiacos with Tyreke Jones
making his debut tonight. Kostas Tapanikolaou is getting a bigger role.
Melitinov in a pack bank puts it in and Ward.
What's happening for them in terms of their shooting so far.
And Bayern drop a bomb from Melitinov into Vesenkov they find the mismatch.
Vesenkov that's another two to his tally. Top scorer in the game now six points to the first
seven minutes. That's a maze tough pass and off the broken pass David McCormack looks to break the rim.
Didn't really do what it wanted to do.
Olympiacos let off the hook. Dorsey stops on a dime back out Evan Fournier to fire and to get Olympiacos level.
These are getting better. Melitinov, Olympiacos break trade down the parry and to the rack.
Fournier pass Futtman passes out of traffic touch pass Tyson Ward back from injury and back with
a back. Keenan Evans who then on his return suffered another serious injury.
Maze for three. Rattles one down.
Jessup. Vesenkov didn't do much to challenge the shot and Justinian Jessup drilled it from deep.
Giffey ward the close out. Giffey the tough shot but he's a very good shooter and he shows it.
Hit by hand. Tyson Ward an excellent defender all over him.
Jessup versus Fournier. The spin got space. The huge frame of Dante Hall looking to shut out
sight of the basket. Fournier on orbs now and the ball backed away. Ward to Fournier to Ward
to the Pereira skies.
Fournier in the corner graces the wrong side of the rim and shot is good tonight.
The luck of the hustle. Surge on the saw and the score. Just plowing through the paint and
Gorsy for three. Maze a stumble. Tyson Ward a one-way. Pain of those recent final four defeats
always palpable here in Piraeus. The 13-year wait for the trophy.
Pappalacchia with three and they lead by five. Taking the ring road around the defense and a
pretty finish on the reverse from Kay Pappalacchia. Slices and dices the defense and gets the finger
into the paint. Drops it off. McCormack acrobatically throws it down.
McCormack torting his body to convert and Jessup blocked the bullet after he barely
left the barrel of the gun and in transition the triple for the same player. Gorsy attacking
Jessup in transition back to walk up the play in the half court. Flipped into Vazenkov uses his
body so well in those positions. Thirteen is the largest lead now. Giffey. Bournier
matched it step for step took it off and then gave it away and Jessup will flip it up and in.
It's a maze past a couple showing no fear against Milutinov and putting it in.
Giffey trying to get free in the corner. Bournier fires and he hits the target off the floor.
But Obst can get hot. They were down 12 in the fourth two nights ago.
They came back to win and the seven-foot sniper Johannes Sputman looks to get them on the comeback
trail here. Once we're all at center trying to guard the perimeter. Dmitriyevich got past
Morris to convert. If you're a Bayern fan it's this man. Andy Obst up to 17 points.
Gorsy. Gorsy got it and that spells trouble for Bayern.
Got to be in here. Perfect four minutes for Bayern here. Andy Obst
got the flying follow and he does become the fourth Leverkusen scorer into double digits.
Skip down to Mike. Wide open three and he strings it.
Peter's pocket. Obst in the corner. They need it. He's fouled on it and he puts it in.
Seemingly no obstacle. He can't shoot through or past. Precious seconds away from Bayern.
Milut Gorsy into the final second of the shot clock. So calm and composed in the paint.
Four points. Leaving it late but getting up to double figures after a slow start tonight.
Becoming the sixth Olympiakos player into double figures.
Perez urging Olympiakos to get one more score and Verzenkov obliges.
Sascha searing hot at Sev again. Leaving six double digit scorers for Olympiakos with 25 points
as they win this one by 15 over Bayern. Olympiakos with their fourth win in five now.
Move to seven and three at home. Love to start climbing the standings.
