...for serving. She has that nice little hop-spin serve without much play.
That's a fantastic attack by Galatasaray.
They'll use their first tempo behind the setter in different...
...wonderful leader.
...did change their rotation.
They had two-go receive.
13-13.
...serve!
Right down the corridor between Kim and Galatasaray.
...more easy to control for the players.
Free ball for Brazil.
...comes in and grabs that.
And over the block.
What an intense...
...by Galatasaray.
...risky.
...Balea and Carroll in attack.
It's really dynamic.
It's 8-5 at the technical time-out.
...serve is good.
Off.
We were due that little touch by the setter.
And just as the opportunity presents itself...
...that was necessary just to stop that little run by...
...one of the giant clubs in Italy.
Igor Puzin's over Navarra.
47 caps coming into the competition.
That's going to have to be a decent throw, but...
...Tandara spreading herself for the monster block.
The ball coming down and...
...Gabi.
Massive kick.
There you go.
Brilliant play, Brazil.
...with the serve.
They just can't get level.
Side out.
Spurred again.
From Belgium.
Oh yes, that is quality volleyball.
In front of Gabi.
Just about handled that one-handed set.
Monster...
...blow!
Gatas.
Great play from Boss to give it a play.
That will be a free ball for Brazil.
And a bit of twist.
Rushes that one.
Down the line.
Arjun puts her body on the line for the team.
...to that point.
And her opportunity to serve.
Gabi.
Gabi passes that one from really deep in the court.
I actually thought it was her steaming in to attack.
Sat here commentating when somebody...
...when one of the...
...receives.
Kara-Cook...
...goes high.
Cross court.
Off point.
He's scored by Rosa Maria.
Good pick up.
What a super spike.
It wasn't necessarily the power.
It was just the placement...
...and also the precision...
...with which she...
And a strong serve to Gabi.
She'll get that ball back.
And she goes through the block...
...and straight to the floor.
And finishes off.
Smajek serving now for Poland.
Tandara!
Hey, you know what?
I'm going to prove you guys wrong.
No touch, the best...
...the best point.
I can't tell you which team though.
Well controlled...
...by Makris and Anna Beatriz.
That was a tough...
Marina Lubyak now serves.
Hype attack...
...and Tandara unleashes the missile.
Laser guided into the...
Really clever.
Makris.
That ball looked as if...
...it was going to be an overpass...
...going over the net.
Instead...
...she was ready.
And a wonderful pass for Japan.
The highest level for Japan...
...is the highest of level blocks...
...by Brazil.
Fooling serve.
Picked up by Braith.
Gabi hits it.
Back court from Isabel.
Fegare with the pipe strike.
Sizing that up...
...the whole rally.
Fegare.
Just to spring a few good actions together.
Next chance for Russia.
Next defense for Brazil.
It's like a Tandara in the block.
Big block.
Again, they have the timing here...
...perfectly set.
Last somethings...
...still work.
Makris.
A hitter.
The best outside hitter in Brazil last season.
But it's Gabi who finishes that off...
...with a block.
Now in the front row.
Makris.
Game. Brazil takes it.
Three sets to none.
Beating Poland.
Massive serve there.
