🥣 INGREDIENTS – EASY QUINOA BREAKFAST RECIPE
1/3 cup quinoa (70 g | 2.4 oz)
5/8 cup rolled oats (70 g | 2.5 oz)ℹ️ Use a powerful blender or coffee grinder
1/2 cup almond flour (60 g | 2 oz)
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
3 tbsp psyllium husk (15 g | 0.6 oz)
1 tsp baking powder
Salt to taste
1 1/4 cups water (300 ml | 10 fl oz)
1 tbsp lemon juice

🥣 GARLIC OLIVE OIL BREAD DIP (OPTIONAL)
1/4 cup olive oil (60 ml | 2 oz)
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp Korean red chilli flakes
Salt to taste

🧑‍🍳Cooking tips:
ℹ️ Blend quinoa and oats very finely — a flour-like texture gives the best soft inside.
ℹ️ If the dough feels too dry, add 1–2 tbsp water. If too wet, add a little almond flour.
