150g split mung beans
450ml water (for cooking the beans)
1/4 tsp salt
60g sugar
100g coconut milk
12g cooking oil
9g wheat starch (or cornstarch)
4g all-purpose flour
10g glucose syrup (or maltose)

Agar Coating :
300ml water
7g agar agar powder
2g jelly powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Decorating :
Food coloring: Green (neon green) and Red
