Now that you've subscribed and also liked the video
Now let's move on to our beautiful step-by-step tutorial for
today To make the bag I'll be using this wonderful shade of brown
It's the 5mm polyester thread
from TZ Textil The color is 0913
Guys I'll leave the thread needle and hooks I used listed here on YouTube Shopping okay
All the items you can buy through YouTube Shopping at the
lowest prices and with all the security YouTube provides
I'll also include the Leidra Acessórios link in the
video description where you can purchase these materials
We'll start by making 21 chain stitches
I've made a knot and I'll begin counting from now on
One two three four five six seven eight
He made 21 small stitches and measured 14 cm long
Now I make the first chain stitch and work into the second one placing my first single crochet
Holding here at the top straps I'll make a sequence of 20 single crochet stitches
I scored 20 points low and now we're moving on to the second lap
Starting from the second lap we'll begin increasing the pace got it
Interweaving a career with no raises just like we've done here and a career with raises
And we'll proceed this way—I'll make a chain
And for my work starting from the second career as well we'll take it from the outer side of the strap
Look inserting the needle into the stitch to make a raised single crochet
So I made a stitch now I make another one creating a
increase here—two stitches into the same base stitch
Now I keep adding a dot for each base point up to the second-to
-last one Look I've made the dots and arrived at the final point
Here at the last point we'll also make a increase One and two So I made
an increase here right Two stitches
and an increase at the beginning here
Thus in the second run we ended up with a total of 22 low points
Now I make a chain turn around and on the third row we're not going to increase got it
So I'll make a regular point here at the beginning
Here on the third lap we'll also end up with a total of 22 points
Hey I'm going to speed up this career move and be back with you all soon
I'm reaching the end of the third lap I'll put a dot here at the finish
So third row complete totaling 22 stitches
Now I make a chain and turn
Here on the fourth row I'll place two stitches creating a decrease
I've made the increase now I'll place a stitch for each base stitch up to the second-to-last stitch
I'm nearing the end of my career I'll work the final stitch so I'll just add two dots right
Creating an increase
So fourth career ready with a total of 24 points
So I'm going to keep working folks until I hit 34 points in my career
So I'll be working on raises up to career level 14
I'll get a head start and be back with you shortly
Actually I've already advanced as far as lane 14 and here in lane 14 we ended up with 34 points
From now on we won't be spacing out the raises anymore
Everyone all careers will have 34 points got it
So I'll go ahead and share a bit more here
At the end I'll come back to show you the amount I made and also the measurements
Well I've already advanced my careers completing a total of 38
Now the measurements
Length 27 cm
Width 28
At the base it measured 16 cm
We'll make extremely low fades all around
So I'm gonna put a very low bassline in the direction of each career okay
I'll make a mark right up here see Look right on this strap
I'll place a mark at the lower part here on this terrain right
Up here down here up here like that
First I'll make a chain stitch
Now come up here as I said look
I'm putting in a super low bass
Here at the bottom you can grab this little handle see
Up here
You can insert the needle wherever you like okay
The key is making sure you distribute a very low amount to each career
Assim
I'll get ahead a bit and be right back with you
Look I'm reaching the end here
So I made the mark right here at the lowest point now I need to work on the upper part right
Just like we took up those other careers
So I'm gonna grab this little corner right here you see Look right at this little strap in the corner I'm making a tiny little fold
Now a little chain and I'll work the twenty stitches here at the base
I'll stay here at the first stitch I'll make the first one then I'll do twenty slip stitches
You can count it out loud too to make it easier
That's it I've reached the end
I'll play the twenty-first note extremely low
Now I'll make a chain and begin working the rows here
So I'll set a minimal value for each career just like we did on the other side
I'll leave this tip for now we'll auction it off shortly
So I'll start here on this upper part of the strap
Down here in the lowest part of the terrain right
Then to the very end
Look I've already advanced this section and reached the end I'll mark the last row right here
Now a little chain and let's also work with very small stitches here at the top where we have right Thirty-four stitches
I'll take the outer edge here and add a very low stitch for each base point
Okay I've already worked the stitches down to the very end now I'll leave a tail of thread to cut and secure
This is the front side right The one we finished and the reverse side is this one
So I'll hide this thread back here—I'm using a darning needle but you can use a crochet hook too okay
I'll just place it down here to hide it then trim off the excess and seal it with a lighter flame
Okay I've already secured the top part here and also the initial tip here
We'll need two equal parts I've already advanced the second one—look let's go
They're identical right guys I made them with the exact same number of points
I'll set aside these two sections for now so we can work on the middle
part To start the middle section we'll begin with sixteen chain stitches
And we'll make these little chains looser more relaxed okay
So I'll do one two three four five
I made sixteen tiny chains and they ended up measuring twelve centimeters
Now I make the first chain stitch and begin in the second one by making a slip stitch
I'll loop back and come to the next spot then make a stitch—kind of like a tall stitch you know
But doing it this way look I grab here loop it pull off the first little leg
And now I loop it and pull them all off at once
At the next point I'll place a sub-bass and at the following one the second sub-bass
So here we've put look one two sub-bass levels got it
I loop pull the thread pull the first leg adjust the height loop again and pull everything at once
I'm coming to the next point I'll play a very low note then the second very low note on the next one
Now I tie I come to the next step I raise it I remove the first leg
I raise it again and remove them all
Two low ones one two lace up raise my leg kick one
Raise high and kick them all
Two low ones a loop I kick one leg up add height and kick them all
And we'll end on a very low note just as we began
So it turned out like this—we made here one two three four five little pipoquinhas
And thus we conclude the race with a total of fifteen points
I make a chain stitch and on the second row we'll work entirely with slip stitches but we'll catch them through the outer loop
Inserting the needle into the stitch
I've reached the end made fifteen stitches now I'll make a chain and turn
And we'll repeat the first row
First I'll make a very low single crochet
Lace at the next stitch I make the puff stitch then I pull up a little leg add height and pull up all of them
Two very low notes tie two very low notes one two
Well I finished the race and this is how it turned out
Now I make a chain turn my work and I'll do that row of single crochet stitches picking up the outer loop of the hook
I'll make fifteen stitches chain one then repeat the row using these popcorns okay
So I start with a very low setting loop it pull one strap and now I pull them all
Two very low ones just like that
So we'll follow this sequence of points right
Popcorn and low-point runs inserted here until the desired length is reached
I'll go ahead and be back with you shortly
Well I've already advanced my careers and the last one I took was a low-point career
So in total I've run eighty-five races including this last one okay
Eighty-five races in total
This piece here from the middle folks it ends up a bit like this slightly crooked but don't worry
You know when we finally get the bag together it won’t show up right
Now I’m going to measure it look
It measured sixty-two centimeters in length by eleven centimeters in width
Now we'll trace the outline here as well
But we're going to keep the levels very low on the sides
And here at the base we're going to run a low-point race just like we did here got it
So to begin I'll make a chain stitch to create the corner here
I'll place an extremely low point for each lane just as we did in the other section
So I'll grab the popcorn over here
Over here folks check it out—down below where we’ve got that series of low points look
So I'll take it from here—where you insert the needle doesn't matter much the key is to place a tiny stitch at the beginning of each row
I'm almost done I'll grab it from the direction of the last run over in this corner
I'll make a chain and here as I said we'll place single crochet stitches
So we'll distribute 15 low points here
The first one I'll place here we need to put down 15 points
I've reached the end I'll place the final dot here
Look so in total here we've made look we've made 15 stitches here
Now I'll make a chain stitch to turn
And now let's lay down a very low bassline for each track the same way got it
So I take it from the first row right here in this lower section yeah
We have low points here at the top strap continuing all the way to the end
I'm nearing the end—I'll work here toward this final stretch and I'll grab it from the corner look here
And now I'll wrap this up at the first pause with a very low note
So here's how it turned out folks check this out
That spot is really beautiful those little details are great
It's easy to do and at the same time convenient
Now we're not going to cut the thread okay Leave it as is because we're going to start sewing the corners
To begin sewing we'll leave a seam allowance here of seven stitches
And we'll explain it this way each bump here we have two careers right
So here we have two four six
And I'm going to take this guys—look in the direction of this run in this lower section on the outside rail got it
I'm taking the loop from the outside now next I'll bring in the corner loop were using to outline it right
I'm just gonna bring this in here okay
So got it
We'll leave this part as is since we'll sew here afterward and that's where the zipper will go
And this thread we'll keep it down here like this—see
Here's the first point right I've closed the first point I'll come back to this one next
Be careful not to skip any points or the count will be off got it
So I've worked the first stitch here now I come to the second one I'll insert the needle catching only the inner leg
And now here on the other side at the next point
Insert the needle now I'll fish the thread from down here and bring it up top
I'm dancing the needle to make it easier
Now moving on to the next part look here—the inner leg piece with the inner strap located on the opposite side
I take the thread pass it through here and finish Next stitch
from one side next stitch from the other—always the same way
First here on the corner section and second here on the middle part of the bag
I place a dot here in the corner a dot here in the middle one side and the other
I hold the thread and dance along with the needle like this to make it easier
It's a very simple seam isn't it And also really enjoyable to sew
Look how it's turning out Well I'll just sew it like this all the way to the other side
Remember I'm holding the right side of the bag up here from the middle and here too right everyone The right side
Right side to right side
I'll stitch ahead here and be back with you shortly
Well I'm reaching the end and we'll place the final dot here just as I explained at the beginning
So looking at the terrain we'll count one two three right
We have six points here but we'll secure them at the bottom
So leaving seven points up here In this section folks of the terrain in this lower part where we'll take the point got it
So I take the last stitch here on this side and the last stitch to be worked on the middle section of the bag
I pull the thread and finish
Now I’m going to tell you something
When I got here to the end folks there were three points left right here in the middle of the bag
So what did I do I took apart the entire seam and since there were three stitches left in this section I skipped one stitch here on the part you know in the middle of the bag
I skipped a point here and I skipped a point here on this side
Notice there's no difference—look I skipped one here you can't tell I missed a point from the remaining section which was the middle part right
So if there happen to be any extra stitches here no matter which side just undo the seam and give it a little tug got it everyone
Distribute the jumps so there's no gap and indeed there isn't
Keep going with your bag because this bag is amazing and totally worth it okay
Hey I cut the thread so we can finish this
Okay I'm going to insert the needle here and pull the thread back over there
Here I'll tie a knot to prevent this thread from unraveling
And for the excess I'll hide it down here cut it off and seal it with the lighter flame
That's how it stayed so far and now let's sew the other side
On the right side up top—that's the side we outlined here look facing upward
Alright let's get started everyone—let's break down the initial points here okay
So we'll separate this first relief then the second then
the third—got it We'll leave these three here for now
I'm coming in at this point moving toward the lower section here and I'll insert the needle into this outer loop
I'll place the mark
Now I'll make a small knot right here on the thread to start
I'm locating the first stitch here on this side which belongs to this edge—right here it is
I'll thread the needle through this little leg here and pull the thread through like this
Tied the thread now I'll insert it right at the spot we set aside
We're leaving a little extra space here—about seven points—so we can sew in the zipper later
Look I'm threading it in here bringing it through from the inside and I'll sew it just like we did on the other side
Assim I'll be right back
with you
Look I finished the stitching and here's how it turned out—I had to skip those little dots too
So we're all done sewing here right
Now we're going to close these tabs leaving seven points on each side
And here we have fifteen points right
So we'll do it this way I'm done
here right I'll leave the
wire hanging out now
And I'm gonna play seven bass notes right here folks
So I'll mention this point I've already addressed right which falls under the lower section here
I'll grab the top handle here see I'm taking
the top handle from the next point here
Assim And I'm gonna do
a really low one two three four five six no need to press okay
And seven there you go
Fiz seven very low notes
Since we have fifteen here in this section of the corner I'll just add one very low note to this point
It's a point we have here in space
And I'm coming over to the other side
Here we'll count and locate seven points
We haven't worked on that yet have we One
two three four five six seven So I'll start right here
Grab the top strap just like were doing here
I'm coming from the other side at the next point
Um
Next stop right
Two
Three
Four
Five
Six
It's right here in the corner
So in total we made fifteen sub-bass tracks right Because we have one right here in the middle
Check how it turned out
Now guys just to make the turn even better I'm gonna drop one more sub-bass right here in the corner okay
One more
Now I'm making a chain
And I'll make fifteen single crochet stitches here
I'm coming over to this side
And I make the first low point One
Now everyone hold it like this see with both straps okay
Two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen and fifteen
Fifteen chain stitches right
Now I'll make a turning chain
And I'll do once again fifteen low points
Well I've finished my turn and scored fifteen points
I'll go ahead and advance a few turns now and be back with you shortly
Well I've already advanced here through the rows—I've done one two three four five six rows
Each career has fifteen low points
We made this flap to secure the strap folks
The gold metal bracelet I'm wearing is available at Lader Acessórios and I'll leave the link in the description below
Also through YouTube Shopping folks—the link is available right here in the video description and on the video screen
It measured twelve centimeters in width and five and a half in length
I wanted it smaller this way because I think the finish looks more beautiful
And this handle it measures about twelve centimeters in width and approximately nine centimeters in height
So it worked perfectly for using this handle but if you're working with a thinner or wider handle as well you can easily adjust
Now I'll slide this tab through the strap positioning it as I go
I'll pull this thread out here
They can see that the loop from the stitch from the last low stitch is right here
Alright I'll start here in the corner—I'll make very low cuts to
hold it in place and at the same time I'll also improve this finish
So I'll bring this here okay insert the needle into the loop and pull it over to the corner
Hey pin it down so it doesn't slip out of place
So I just did the first bass drop now I'm moving to the next section and the next one right here behind me too check it out
I pull the string look and finish the lowest note
Leave some room so it's not too tight I move to the next spot and insert the needle
And back here too folks we need to figure out where the next stitch is right
I'll bring the thread and complete the slip stitch
Next stop
Next stop right here behind
Next stop
Next stop right here behind
I've reached the end I've finished the stitching here—it turned out like this
Now I'll cut the thread to finish it off
Okay we've finished one side now let's repeat the same process on the other side
So I'll turn here in the same position we did on the other side right
Start from this side here I'll insert the needle into the corner to bring up the thread
Look I'm threading the needle right here in the corner—I won't tie a knot I'll just bring the thread through
Now at the next point I'll begin counting
A very low squat grabbing the bar from the outside got it everyone With the bar outside on the other side there you go
One two three four five six and seven
Consider your points okay so we can get it just right
I have seven very low ones here I'll just make one space and here I have seven more
Now I'll count here on this side one two three four five six seven
So the seventh one is right here
I'll secure it here on the outer loop and make seven very small stitches
Well I made the seven stitches on this side counting the middle one we've got fifteen in total
I'll do one more right here on this side just to flip it like we did on the other side so the finish will better
Now I make a chain and turn it around
And now let's go through fifteen low points So I'll show you this first one up close then we'll move to the second one okay
Insert the hook and make the first single crochet two double crochets picking up both loops here on the chains
I've reached the final point here—just so I can wrap this up I'll bring this initial section over to the other side
I'll give it a little tug
And I'll hide everyone this little tail end right here okay So now finally I'll make the last stitch
So we've made fifteen chain stitches here now I'll make a chain and turn
I'll bring this little strand up here so we can finish it off
And now I'll make fifteen dots here hiding the tips
So we're on our second lap there'll be six laps total I'll pull ahead now and catch up with you all shortly
Now let's sew in the zipper
Look right here in this space folks where we'll be sewing the fastener it measures 27 cm
The zipper I'm going to install is 40 centimeters long
So I folded the end here see I stitched it right Made a little fold
And here I thought it was too open so I added a little touch see Just a small adjustment in the corner
Now I'll position the buckle right here inside give it one more little fold
I'll place it just perfectly there you go
Use a pin to help guide it but I'm sewing it right up close folks—nice and tight
That line right I'm using it I'll speed up
the stitching and be back with you shortly
I've finished sewing the zipper and added a small stitch at each corner to close off the crochet section here
And here at the end I cut and also folded over the inner tip of the zipper right
Because the zipper was larger than the opening it ended up like that
Well I took the chance and sewed my own label too
And that was our beautiful step-by-step guide for today—hope you all enjoyed it
