Gov. on ICE and recent funding threat

Governor Maura Healey criticized President Trump after he threatened to cut federal funding to so-called sanctuary cities, following the fatal shooting of Renee Good by an ICE agent in Minnesota. Trump announced the funding cuts would take effect on February 1.
