December in Paris: Christmas Mood, Winter Favorites, Maison du Caviar, Sunday Brunch, Events & More!

This weekend I'm with Naomi again and she's here for the weekend in Paris from Hamburg. She came all the way this morning, woke up at 3 a.m. And we're both tired because I was up so late yesterday. And now we are at Café du Flore and we were having hot chocolate. And we're all bundled up because it's so cold. It's pouring rain. It's freezing. And we were thinking what to do now since it's raining. We might go to the direction of Jardin du Palais Royal where I'm always at. And might walk around there. And we wanted to try to take some pictures here. But since it's raining it might be a bit difficult. Or maybe now because it actually just stopped. And we both have black coats on, black outfits. And yeah, I will bring you guys along with the weekend planning. Little snacks, onigiris. We're in a Japanese bakery. It's so good. We're in front of the BDK store. And I had to stop because how beautiful is this decoration. And you know that I love this brand. And I love their little store here on rue Saint-Honoré. Hey guys, it's the next day. I didn't really vlog that much yesterday. But truly yesterday was such a rainy and ice cold day. We just went with two other friends to a matcha cafe called Le Thé. It was so good. It's close to Palais Royal. So where all the good stuff is. You need to check it out. It's a bit hidden but it's pretty well known. And they have so many amazing Taiwanese bubble tea. Matcha with tapioca pearls. So so good. I think I vlogged it. I had a strawberry matcha with white tapioca pearls. It was so good. Now it's the next day. I'm waiting for Naomi. She's coming. I think in any moment right now. We're sitting outside having lunch at Café de les Planades. Which is so beautiful. It's in the 7th. We're gonna have some nice food now and catch up. And then go somewhere else to shoot some outfits. We're basically spending almost every single day together. And today finally the sun is shining. The sky is blue. Currently at Place Vendome. We were just shooting here in front of this beautiful Christmas decoration from Chopin. We got some coffee from Saint Laurent. It had a reopening I think a couple of weeks ago. And this coffee is actually so good. And we were talking about that the coffee at Café Kitsune is actually not so good. It's not that great. It's aesthetically pleasing but it's not really the best. In my opinion from the cafes that exist in Paris. But this one. We were just saying it's actually really really good. So yes. And now we're headed to probably Hotel Balzac to get a coffee there again. And then we have brunch at Les Jardins du Prébourg. And yeah. Never been there. And we're excited to have some nice breakfast and sit down for a moment. It's so so incredibly beautiful. Look at the interior. It is actually super luxurious. It's part of the Beaumont Group. So it's part of Coste. It's part of the restaurant that we went to yesterday as well. And it's really a luxury. And basically on Sundays you can have brunch here. And it's fantastic because they have a very big brunch menu. You can choose from everything you want. And I will show you what I got for my first plate. And Naomi just arrived also with her first plate. I can't wait to eat. We're so hungry. And yeah. It's honestly amazing. I'm so impressed and I can't wait to try. So I went to the buffet. And I already took some different things. It looks kind of crazy. But they have so much. So many different choices. Warm, sweet, savory, meat, fish, everything. Vegetables. So I took salmon obviously. Tuna tartare. Avocado. Then they had this sesame cucumber salad. Some meat. I don't know what it's called actually. I'm not sure. 100%. A mini croque monsieur I think. Focaccia with burrata. And a little dumpling because I'm obsessed. I know it's super mixed. But I want to try everything. And then I will probably go back and grab my favorites. And they have so many sweets too. Like croissants and different cakes. So I will definitely go back for that. And this is Naomi's plate. Actually quite similar to mine. Almost. Is it good? It's good. It's really good. Happy Tuesday evening guys. Yesterday Naomi left. And today is a very eventful day. This morning I had an event with Alexandre Paris as you saw. Got some hair accessories. Got to see their new collection. And then right now I went to VDK. By the way. They gave me such a huge bag. Oh my god. It's so so heavy. I didn't expect this. But I have two more events tonight. And I'm not planning on going home. So I will have to carry it with me. Which is fine. I'm not complaining. But they were so kind. They gave me so many products. They said like candles. And I don't know. Different. Maybe a scent. And some other products. I just tried one of their body lotions. And it was so good. I never tried it before. But yeah. I have this huge huge bag. I think you can't even see it on the camera. But right now I'm going to my third event of the day. I'm headed to a hair salon. And they have different products. Beauty products and beauty treatments. So I'm going to go there. And I might get my hair done. And then that's perfect. Because right after I have the last event of the evening at Palais de Tokyo. Which is by Typology. And yeah. It's going to be like a very festive like Christmasy evening. I tried to wear something that is a bit more festive too. But also at the same time more casual. Because of the other events right before. Like that I'm going to right now. And yeah. I'm taking the metro now to head to the hair salon. Guys I'm currently at this little bridge in Paris. And I was here before. I remember once with my aunt. Like a couple years back. And I couldn't remember where it is. Like where it was. And I didn't ask her or didn't ask anyone on Instagram. But it's like where a lot of people also like to take pictures. And it's so unique. Fresh hair for the evening. I really didn't want to wash my hair today. And I was like perfect. I really completely forgot that I have this event today. With the hairdresser. And now it's all fresh. And it's perfect for the event tonight. That is at Palais de Tokyo as I said. With Typology. And yeah. We love a fresh blowout. It's the best feeling. He gave me a little head massage. And it was truly so relaxing. I really needed that. And yeah. Really exciting. I'm right next to Palais de Tokyo. It's right over there. And this is the beautiful view that you have. In between these two buildings. Right by Palais de Tokyo. And it's starting to rain. I'm so scared for my hair. I don't have an umbrella or anything with me. I can already tell that it's starting to get wavy and curly. As you know my hair is naturally curly. So I always have to be super careful. Hello again. Artem joined me later on. And we are leaving the event. We got some goodie bags. From Typology as well. And now we're leaving. Because it's late. But it was cool. It was a nice event. And yeah. I will bring you guys to some events tomorrow as well. After 18 years. We grew up so much. We did so many beautiful things. And we are happy to be here. We are passing right in this moment. The Notre Dame. And I must say. Even though I've seen it a thousand times. Even before living here. It's just one of the most impressive. Ever. In Paris. I love it. I love everything. All the architecture in Paris. And I still stop. And have to look at it. I've been in there also. A couple of times. And it's just impressive. I think I haven't shared that much about myself. Or maybe how I grew up. But I have half of my family that is from here. I basically grew up going to Paris every single year. And what I love most about Paris is that actually my parents met here. And they lived here for a very long time. And right before my birth they decided to move to Germany. And yeah. That's why I was born there. And I grew up in Germany mainly. But we would always come back here. Every single year almost. So it's really like a second home. Since forever for me. Guys. I need to show you. I decided last minute before leaving my place to use a French pin for my hair. I got one from Alexandre de Paris. I cannot show you right now. Because it's literally in my hair. And I did a video in my apartment to check what it looks like from the back. And guys. I am so positively surprised. I ******* nailed it. I was so so surprised. Honestly. Because I tried it a couple months ago. And it didn't work. And now it worked. Get ready for it. This is what it looks like. That's so pretty. And it's not that cold today. So it's actually really really nice. And they have a little Christmas market. Down the road here. All in front of the Hotel de Ville. And it's super cute. There is like a carousel in the middle. That looks really old school. I love that. So it's really really nice. I just wanted to see what they have in these little stores here on the side. The little Christmas market. And then I will go home. Good morning guys. I woke up. It's Monday morning. And I decided to start journaling. Because I received this 5 minute journal. A while back. And I didn't start using it. And I think it's such a cool. And really easy way. To integrate journaling. Into your day. I've heard so many good things about it. So I am super excited. I still need to read through. The first pages. So basically they explain you. Exactly how things work. With this. And as you can see basic principles. And all the details. About journaling. New candle. That I got from the. Christmas. Event. With BDK. As you know I've talked about their perfumes. A couple of times already. And they also have candles. Apparently. So I'm so happy I got this one. Matin Parisien. Which means Parisian morning. Which is very on brand. And it is actually a Parisian morning. I'm so so grateful to be living in Paris. And sometimes we forget what we've worked for. And where we are. So that is a sweet reminder. I'm going outside to meet a friend. For a matcha. In the second arrondissement. And we're trying a new spot called creamy daily. Or at least I have never tried that one before. And yeah. It's super grey today. I think a bit cold. But I'm all bundled up. In my new coat. And of course bring my fur. Because I feel like this really keeps me so warm. And you still look very chic. And as you can tell. I'm wearing my naturally curly hair today. And it's the first time I style it this way. Since cutting my hair and getting a haircut. Like a proper haircut. New hair color. Much healthier hair. And I feel like this makes such a big difference. In comparison to when you don't have a fresh haircut. Or when you have really bleached hair. The curls just don't pop as much. And yeah. I really like it. I did this because I was filming a campaign. I usually don't wear my curly hair that often. If I'm being honest. But yeah. Definitely something I need to get used to. Because I'm used to styling my hair so much. So I rarely, rarely wear my hair like that. And yeah. And by the way also. I wanted to show you. Wearing my suede bag. That I've had for like. I think maybe one and a half years. Or two years. And it's so cool. It was one of the most popular pieces. And like bags. That I've shown so far. I always get lots of questions about it. I will leave a QR code right here. So you can check it out. But for the other fingers. I think like from far away. You really can't tell. And I didn't have the time to do it earlier. Or I also didn't think about it to be honest. But yeah. We're having hot dogs. And they're so good. I know a lot of people don't like hot dogs. But I love hot dogs. And we got one here in the Marais. So good. It's like the light is so. Hello guys. I am back home now. And I wanted to do a collective haul. Because I've shown you like so many different things. Here and there. Events, purchases. And then I wanted to give you an overview. Of all the things that I received. And that I bought. And starting with the most interesting. In my opinion. Is my new coat. And I'm so happy I got this one. I was talking to Naomi. And I was telling her that I needed. Like a good basic coat. And I had. Difficulties to find something. That was like. Nothing too crazy with the price. But I still wanted to have good quality. So I thought. Okay for now. I just want to get something quick. Because I wanted to have something. Immediately for that weekend to shoot with. And you know that. When it's a bigger purchase. I prefer to think about it for a longer time. So I don't really do impulsive purchases. But I do want to invest. In a very high quality coat. Maybe in the next few months or so. But this is the one that I got. It's a dark brown. Chocolate brown coat from Mango. And it is made out of wool. 50% I think. It's handmade. And it has this beautiful. Honestly perfect chocolate color. It's oversized. And I even got it in size M. Because I wanted it to look very long. And a bit wider. I was actually super surprised. What it looked like on me. Because since I'm more slim and petite. It can sometimes look a bit too much. But for this specific cut. It's honestly very beautiful. And it has three buttons on each side. So it's double breasted. And it has this very big oversized collar here. I will also insert some pictures. That I've already posted. I'm so happy I got this one. And it's actually. Affordable for a coat like this. So I will make sure to link it below. It is from the new collection. So you can still get this one. And then matching with that. This is a faux fur scarf. That I got in a random boutique on Rue de Rivoli. Very close to Place Vendome. And it is a perfect winter accessory. In my opinion. It looks really real. For a fur scarf. I've ordered a couple of ones. And I felt like they were too fluffy. But I wanted something that is like. Very chic and elegant. And this really looks like mink. So I usually wear it with my coats. And it's so cool. Because you have this little loop on the inside. And you can just wear it. Very casually like this. Sometimes I leave my hair in. And then I put my coat on. That looks so chic in my opinion. Or I put my hair out. And I just leave it in the back. Because there is just so much happening here in the front. You don't want to add your hair as well. And that was just 25 euros. I will try to find something similar online. But if you are in Paris. You need to go to that little boutique on Rue de Rivoli. Another fashion item. Is this beautiful hat from Parfois. And it's perfect. It is also just I think 25 euros. I tried it on and I loved it. I had one on from Naomi. Which was from Arquette. But it was sold out this whole time. And I really wanted to get one of these. I don't even know. It's like a bucket hat. But chic version. So it's 100% wool. Which we love. And yeah. It's sleek. And I don't know if you can tell. But yeah. It is very sleek. Nothing on it. Because the one from Naomi had this more fluffy texture outside. And it was ribbed actually. It will automatically make your look so much more elegant. And put together. I don't have any beanies at the moment. I lost my cashmere one. And I think this is perfect. If it rains or if it starts to snow. I can just put this on. And protect my hair. As you know I have curly hair. So any type of humidity will just immediately destroy my hairstyle. So this is perfect. I can highly highly recommend. I will link this one down below. And also maybe some other options. And now moving on to skincare. I have a couple of products. That I've been using. In the past couple of weeks. And I'm so so happy. Because my skin reacts really well to these. The first product I wanted to show you. Are these three products from Clé de Peau. I believe it is a Japanese brand. And it is a set of three products. You have the day cream. I forgot I also have the night cream. It looks exactly like this. But it has a darker packaging. And yeah this is the day cream. Then you have a serum. As well as an essence lotion. And you utilize them all together. The consistency of this is super nice. It's really really thick. And hydrating. But not too oily. I don't know if you can see it. I also have these two new products. From Summer Fridays. I already own the jet lag mask. Then I have this new jet lag. Skin soothing hydration mist. You can be sure. That this will not irritate your skin. And it will give you an instant hydration boost. And then there is this jet lag. Deep hydration serum. Which I believe I've had before. I've tried a couple of products from Summer Fridays. And all of them were pretty good. But also the vitamin C serum. I'm actually super super happy. With Summer Fridays. I'm a big fan. A makeup product from Summer Fridays that I've been loving. And that I've shown a couple of times. Also here on my channel. Is the Summer Fridays lip butter balm. And it's the first time that I'm trying one with color. And that one is the cherry. Lip butter balm. And I have it on right now. I think it's a really beautiful shade. That you can wear now in winter. Or even in summer. It is the perfect cherry shade. And as you saw. I went to the Moroccan oil event. It was for the new launch. Which is this product. The Moroccan oil treatment mist. For all hair types. This mist is ultra light. So you probably already know the Moroccan oil. The original oil by them. And that one is really thick. But it's so so nourishing for your hair. And I had this one years ago already. So I love that product. And I used it a couple of times now. The last week or so. And I have it on right now. And it really adds this like. Nice shine. And the smell of this. All of the Moroccan oil products smell so good. It's definitely a nice gift idea. For your sister, your mom. Or your best friend. I think anybody would be super happy. With that as a present. And then from the other events. I have this little gift. That I wanted to show you too. I chose this hair clip. Which is super super chic. I love it. I don't know how many times I say chic. But when you wear this in your hair. It looks so nice. I love this. And I have so many of these. And they never never break. I have a lot of hair and very thick hair. And usually when I put my hair up. In like a bun like this. I've had so many hair clips break. But these ones are pretty durable. And actually I think for that one. I will keep it in this little bag. Because I might put it under the Christmas tree. For my mom. Or my sister. I think I have another clip. I wanted to bring them a couple of things that I got. And of course I love to share it with my family. I think I also showed you the. APM Monaco truck. That was there for like a weekend. If you come to Paris. I highly recommend to come also in the Christmas time. Because on weekends there are so many activations. On the streets in the city center. You can literally have free coffee. Chocolat chaud. Usually at brands like. Cartier or like APM. And they gave me. A little gift for the holiday season. And I'm pretty sure. I will wear this one for. Either Christmas or New Years. Or maybe both. And it's this necklace. Can we talk about how sparkly that one is. It's really dainty. I think it's not too big. I don't really like really heavy necklaces.
