Shalom family and friends. Today is a day filled with immense joy
and love as we gather to celebrate the union of my dear sister Michelle and her beloved Liad.
If there's one constant in my life, it's my relationship with you.
I will forever be your biggest fan. I will always be my sister's keeper.
Seeing you with Liad, I am filled with immense joy and pride.
It is clear that you have found someone who cherishes you as deeply as you deserve.
Liad's love for you is evident in the way he looks at you,
the way he speaks to you, and the way he stands by your side.
You look beautiful. Thank you.
Absolutely beautiful. Thank you.
Liad and Michelle finding each other is not mere coincidence.
Every person has their distinct zivuv. Their individual journeys
has brought them together in a beautiful way.
Please raise the glass and congratulate the newlyweds.
May the marriage be filled with happiness and enduring love.
Here's to the future, blessed with good health, prosperity, and joy of children.
We can all say amen to that. God bless.
To all the relatives and friends gathered around here to celebrate this beautiful,
beautiful moment. Khatunah is a ceremony of reunification.
We are now going to celebrate reuniting two halves of one soul.
At every wedding and every Jewish simcha,
we have a custom to mention the fact that our joy is not complete.
Liad and Michelle are part of Am Yisrael Kulon.
And therefore, until Beit HaMikdash will be rebuilt and this terrible exile will already
finish, the exile that is lasting for more than 2,000 years.
And in every generation, there is that person who is looking to destroy us.
Even at the height of our joy and happiness, we always remember Yerushalayim, Jerusalem.
As it says in Sefer Tehilim in Psalms,
To symbolize that, we have a custom that we break a glass in remembrance of Yerushalayim
with prayer that from now on,
From this day forward, Liad, you are not only Michelle's partner,
but also a cherished member of our family.
Just as the Israelites journey together, facing their destinies as one,
so too will our journey be together, Liad, united by love, respect, and mutual support.
My family and I will share in your happiness,
stand by you in times of need, and celebrate the many milestones that lie ahead.
In the spirit of our traditions, I welcome you as my brother.
Thank you for being the best sister I could ever ask for, Michelle.
Your happiness means the world to me, and I am so grateful to share in this joyous occasion.
Here's to the beginning of a beautiful journey, my dear sister.
May your love story be as magical and as enduring as the bond we share.
Mazal Tov. I love you.
Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. and Mrs. Negri.
As we celebrate the marriage of our beloved children, Michelle and Liad,
I would like to congratulate you, we would like to congratulate you,
and wish you that Hashem blesses you with everlasting love based on respect, trust,
honesty, openness, forgiveness, loyalty, cooperation, and spiritual unity.
In short, in Hebrew, we call it Shlom Bayit.
And that you both truly get to achieve to be an ezer for one another,
to help each other achieve your ultimate truth, together as one neshama.
Amen. Thank you.
