[어자녹스프레이 만드는 법]
1 빈유리병 준비
2 어성초2: 자소엽1: 녹차1
비율로 빈유리병을 가득 채움
3 담금주 또는 소주를 가득 부은 후 밀봉
4 거늘지고 햇볕이 들지 않는 곳에
2~3개월 보관
5 스프레이 공병에 옮긴 후
아침, 저녁으로 두피 위주로 뿌려줌
