Monza vs Verona | Italian Volleyball SuperLega 2025/2026

Midfielder Volimonza serving, Rano Verona looking for side out and getting it through Mozic. Nice start for them. Well played, Roos on the pipe. Good touches and then it's Bao Christensen was celebrating before it was even here. He knew what was coming. Watch... excellent. Verona have the lead. Free ball. Oh dear, a bit of a mix-up and a chance for Monza to get the point here. Padar makes it work. It's Keita being hit in the face. Oh good serve from Mozic. Now Dahlan gets it right to Keita instead and that is a wonderful point. Verona now lead by two and on the pass for Keita's serve. Oh that's such a good serve against Padar as well. They've got Padar in reception. He doesn't want to be in reception. He's not expecting that drop ball. That is such a good play. Big serve. Look at that stable ball out wide and a great change up from Mozic. I'm not sure it's caught anyone. Oh no. I just hope that's a clash of knees and nothing else. We're also saying he didn't touch him. I'm not sure. It used to be back in the day he'd do three three-point pass. Vercetti could run the middle. Three-point. Cesar only had two options. Two point one option and with the serve. Oh Dahlan. Magnificent and Verona now two away from the opening set. Oh what a block but it's going to stay in play. Another chance here. Verona with a swing and it is a swing from Vercelli. That'll work. No way through. Rose had to change hands. He was a bit on the wide side. Is that going to stay in? No. No it won't. Oh that's ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. Keita's put a ball in. That wasn't great but the set. Nice pass Stafferini. Oh I say that is unbelievable. What a swing from Dahlan. That is next level. More trouble. Oh that's a touch. Another opportunity maybe. Oh now kept in play. Christensen's furious with himself. Great work by Pada and Tamasov. Not a bad pass that from Keita. Allows Dahlan to do his thing. Chance for 21 and that is taken. This is just one way traffic. Verona causing so many problems. That's where Verona get out of trouble. They keep it simple in those situations. Christensen could have. Big blockers for Monza. Keita makes side out. Two point lead at the moment for Verona. Rose can't really get a swing. Oh what a pickup that is by Skanferler. Monza will take the point. Well played Pada. Next time Stafferini plays the ball. No way through for Rose. Verona are back level. Another big serve. Velichkov first touch. Oh dear absolutely roofed. Verona now lead 22-19. Pass that from Sani. That is a huge block. Tamasov back on and makes an absolute monster block. Good serve. Mosic. Oh what a hit that is. That brings up match point. Serving specialist. There's going to be a swing chance. Oh that's not a great ball for Keita but he's done it. He's used all his height and all his strength and all his might and Verona have the win. 27-25 or not. Challenge coming. What for invasion? Maybe.
