Van Camping In Winter (Got Stuck in the Snow)

Hi my name is Sofie I am currently traveling by bus on a 10-day trip heading from Sweden to Norway It's winter time so the trips will probably be a bit challenging but I'm sure it will be a big challenge I hope you will keep up We took the bus in Malmö today in Sweden and then we just kept going north until we arrived at this campsite in the forest I arrived quite a while ago in the evening It was completely dark so I was really interested in seeing how it would look this morning And it's just so beautiful We are so happy to have it as our first campspot on this beautiful high mountain lake We have just arrived at another campsite It is completely dark outside Today is December 21st so I thought I would relax a bit on the bus with some holiday sounds and some decorations I will now try to make the first meal on the bus Let's see how it goes Good morning from the bus We had not opened the refrigerator this night It is minus 5 degrees outside so you could definitely feel it inside the bus I think tonight we will have the refrigerator open This campsite is just amazing There is this big river running by it The water comes down so fast up here so it also sounded a little But this fresh landscape is just so beautiful That was exactly what I dreamed of When I took this bus trip We are now just by the table between Sweden and Norway Today we will drive into Norway We are going to Trysil to ski It will be really exciting I have only tried skiing twice in my life so I'm not sure how good I am Men Frederik is a really good skier so I hope he can show me some skis I just realized that I haven't introduced Frederik in this video He is my boyfriend He also loves being outdoors and going camping He doesn't like being in front of the camera but helps me a lot with the film Every They can actually both turn around We have just used this Because the loan here can be extended And behind me is the kitchen where we have two vacuums and a sink The bus has a large water tank of 100 liters So we used the kitchen to make the cases We only used our hands In the kitchen we also have a fire We need to pray It is actually much bigger than I thought We can definitely fit two people What I love about this bus is It has such a large size We can soon put all our things and goods away Here we have some camera tasks And our disk helper Up here I have my beanie gladers and jacket And of course some snacks We need them On top of the bed we also have a lot of space for clothes and such The bus is also very spacious It has two on the bed One here and one over there Here you can also last day of skiing We've had three good nights here at the campsite in Trysil It was so exciting to try skiing again Now we will go further north to an area called Bejto We are going on a day trip I am so excited about it It's something I've dreamed about all my life So I'm really looking forward to it We are now leaving Trysil We are back in skiing and filled with water Now we are on our way to Bejto I found many wild camping spots before we started driving But it was not possible to park at any of them There was just too much snow So now after driving for seven and a half hours We ended up at a private campsite So now we have paid to be on their campsite But then we can also get some electricity and use the facilities So that's good So it has been a really long day I was super tired We need to heat up a little dinner before we go to bed We've had a very good night here at the campsite We were just so tired from driving for so long yesterday We still had to drive up a little early Because today we are going on a house tour First of all we need to get some bagel We are all dressed up and ready for the dogsled trip We are wearing these big clothes and boots They are really warm sea But of course camping is not allowed here There are big signs everywhere It has been a bit challenging to find good parking spots where we can camp Everything is just covered in snow But now that we've finally found a clear place we're not allowed to camp here This is an example of the camp sites we have found and are trying to reach And then we come and the road looks like this After what happened yesterday when we got stuck I don't think we should try to drive here So we'll just keep going She stopped right next to the road There is a refrigerator here And I just went a little further down And I think I found the perfect campsite If I can prove to myself that I need to drive the van down here It's a little cold but someone else has done it So maybe we can too I will go up and try off the track We have now parked at the last campsite of this trip It's a bit sad that it will be the last night on the road I will go and explore the place We drove down this red road for a few kilometers Now we've just parked right next to the sea It's just so beautiful The Swedish forest We are in southern Sweden The weather is a bit warmer It is exactly 0 degrees now But I think it will
