Astronaut's Medical Issue on ISS Forces Early Return to Earth

NASA is bringing the four-astronaut team "Crew-11" back from the International Space Station (ISS) due to one member's "serious medical issue."

A senior NASA official said that it was the first time in the ISS's 25-year history that a mission ended early due to a medical issue.

NASA officials did not name the affected crew member, citing privacy.

The issue led NASA to cancel a planned spacewalk scheduled for Thursday.
