When God Says It’s Time (LYRICS) | Godly Love for Lovers | Love Formed in Waiting

I tried to rush the seasons of my heart But love kept telling me, not yet, just I prayed through nights that felt so long But heaven whispered, hold on, stay strong You came like the sunrise, breaking through Every promise of God was shining in you Now I see what patience can't define Everything's perfect when God says it's time When God says it's time The doors will open wide No more tears, no more waiting on the other side Every no was just his way to align My heart with yours, divine design Now love is right, now stars align When God says it's time I watched the rain fall, wondering why But every storm just cleared my sky Now I thank him for the lessons learned For every season my heart had to turn We're not late, we're not behind We're right on schedule in his design Every step, every prayer, every climb Let me do this When God says it's time The doors will open wide No more tears, no more waiting on the other side Every no was just his way to align My heart with yours, divine design Now love is right, now stars align When God says it's time He wrote our story before we knew Before I prayed he already knew The waiting was grace The timing was love, oh He was shaping our hearts from above Now faith has turned aside In your eyes I see his light Every second feels sublime Living proof when God says it's time When God says it's time Love won't be denied His hand in ours Forever we'll abide No more wondering if hearts will align Cause heaven sings it's time, it's time Every prayer became a rhyme Of his promise When God says it's time
