Watch Jenna and Scarlett Johansson face off in a bouquet battle!

Earlier this week, Scarlett and I discovered, we share a love of flowers. We didn't really discover this yet, but we have, did we talk about this? No. We've named kids after flowers. I have a daughter named Poppy, and you have a daughter named Rose. And I have a Cosmo, which is also a flower. So now it's time to put our flower power to the test in a bouquet battle. Okay, but first we are gonna get some tips from event planner and designer, Jov Meyer. Hi Jojo. Hi, how are you? I'm well, good to see you both. Jojo, what should we do to make the perfect arrangement? So you wanna start with your vase and your base. When arranging flowers, your base is super important. We have four different options for you to pick from and to consider. The first here is what's called a floral frog, which is basically metal pins that stick up so that you can arrange the flowers. Oh, cool. Can you get that at a craft store? Craft store, anywhere easy to get. Is this in the bottom of it? I have glued it in there, yeah, so that it doesn't come out. But you can buy those? You can buy those online or in a craft store, super easy. Or garage sales. Second one here is chicken wire. So you take chicken wire, you roll it up in a ball, and you put it in the bottom of a vase, which kind of gives you angles to put the flowers. Oh, that's cool. Exactly. And last but not least, tape. Yeah, I feel like I've seen this. Me too. So this is floral tape, but you could cut scotch tape in half and just make a grid that gives you kind of easier spaces to make flowers. Okay, cool. Well, I think we're gonna do it. So, right? We're ready to compete. It's time for the competition. You pick whichever one you want, flower, frog, or you can- But why do you have this beautiful one here? This is if you wanna go freestyle with no base. Is that a bad idea? No, do it. Go wild. Okay, so what are some of the tips that, can you give us some tips here? Yeah, so you wanna pick your base flower, the flowers that you love the most. And I would start there. You wanna make sure you clip your flowers before you put them in fresh water. Oh, yes. You have to get one of these flower clips. Wait, are we supposed to put 60 seconds on the clock? We are gonna be doing a competition, but we're just gonna walk through a few tips. Oh, wait, I don't think we have time. We have to go through 60 seconds on the clock. 60 seconds, we'll go. Arrange, arrange, arrange. So I'm looking, am I looking to make, like, shorter? I would go with a poppy. You wanna go with sort of asymmetrical. Yeah, just kind of give it a clip, pop it in there. This is beautiful. You don't need to clip, just arrange. You're right. Let's get some roses in there. Yeah, let me help you out over here. Why don't we give her a little vertical space like that? Oh, so it's okay if it's gonna be like long? I kinda like it a little asymmetrical. Me too. Ikebana style. So, pop, you know, like- Ikebana is the Japanese art of flower arranging. Exactly. She's going a little more loose and wild, which we also love. You might wanna pick it up over here. What, are you trying to- These are Cosmos. These are chocolate Cosmos I brought just for you. Did you bring any poppies? Yes, these are poppies. You use all your poppies. All of these are poppies just for you. You guys, I feel like in the Japanese art of flower arranging it's not supposed to be fun. It should be relaxing, but you know what? Oh my gosh. Oh no, okay. Well, there's a clear winner here. You both did great, but I think- She forgot it was a competition. It wasn't fair. I know, you can take these home and do them at home. Let me tell you, mine's really intentional. Actually, this is Ikebana at its core. I think it was. Is this thing not easy to use? Look at how beautiful this is too, and you can rotate it around. It's really not. Oh, wait, is she the winner? So the winner is gonna be, it's so hard, but I'm giving it to you, Scarlett. What? Mine is kind of, mine's a little tragic. But I do think it does kind of look like intentional. It does. It looks like it's all shoved in there. She's giving a lot of extra- I'll take this home as my present. I have to say, yours looks great, by the way. It's gorgeous. It really does look good. Thank you. I like how you bunched it all together. I mean, I'm not sure, but I had fun, and it was relaxing. That's all that matters. And I have this crown now, which I'm going to wear to sleep.
