Zou Yujia is a national tea specialist. In Suzhou, Jiangsu we have a very famous green tea, Biluochun! It is one of the top famous teas in China.
The tea has been drunk before the Ming Dynasty. The perfect approximate water temperature is around 80 degrees, then take about 2.0 grams of tea leaves and throw them in the teapot. This method of tea-making allows us to taste the sweetness of the tea better, with no bitter taste.
Biluochun's tea-making technique emphasizes the process of the tea not leaving the pot, stirring the tea until ready to enjoy. In 2011, it was included in the List of Representative Items of National Intangible Cultural Heritage.
