✔️ 1/3 tsp caraway seeds
✔️ 1 tsp Provence herbs
✔️ 1 tsp paprika
✔️ 1 tbsp soy sauce
✔️ 3 tbsp tomato paste
✔️ 1 cup rice
✔️ 1 bunch of parsley

📝 Sauce
✔️ 2 tbsp tomato paste
✔️ 4 tbsp olive oil
✔️ 600 ml of water
✔️ 1 tsp salt

📝 Ingredients
✔️ 2 small cabbages
✔️ 3 tbsp olive oil
✔️ 1/2 tsp salt
✔️ 1/2 tsp black pepper

✔️ 2 chicken breasts
✔️ 1 egg
✔️ a little salt and black pepper

✔️ 2 cloves of garlic
✔️ 1 tsp salt
✔️ 1/3 tsp black pepper
✔️ 1/3 tsp coriander
✔️ vegetable oil
✔️ 2 tomatoes
✔️ 1 tbsp tomato paste
✔️ 1 tsp salt
✔️ a little black pepper
✔️ 3 tbsp sour cream

📝 Salad
✔️ 600 g cherry tomatoes
✔️ 1 red onion
