Highway service plaza leases extended until June 2027

The Bay State's Department of Transportation awarded a contract to revamp highway service plazas to an Irish company last summer, but after public push back and a media and legal campaign by another bidder, the company pulled out, and Massachusetts is forced to start the process anew.
