New Year’s Eve Celebrations Kick Off America’s 250th Birthday

As the nation rings in 2026, New Year’s Eve celebrations will also launch a yearlong commemoration of the United States’ 250th anniversary.

In Times Square, the iconic ball drop will take on a patriotic theme, featuring special red, white, and blue confetti, a new “Constellation Ball” design, and a dynamic pyrotechnic display set to “America the Beautiful.”
