I love it It's always exciting especially after having done so many shows for such a long time It's very exciting to be able to bring them here and make them acoustic Are you surprised by the reception There are so many people here at the radio station entrance that we had to find someone on the stairs We had to take them out you know Is it surprising to be here It's I think it's exciting You come so far from home and see so many people Even when I was doing the support show for Coldplay Seeing people singing my songs is really interesting and it has never happened before So I am very excited Okay we'll chat a bit later because we want to listen to her now so go ahead with the acoustic set Es Dua Lipa in Basta They can tweet using the hashtag Dua Lipa in Basta to find us all there and see what everyone is saying We are here for Well Ha ha Bravo The applause of the people gathered behind the glass A beautiful version of Blow Your Mind Do you want to sit down No not yet It's okay a lovely sight Hello everyone We have created an atmosphere We called it on the radio Yes It's nice You can feel it Let's go Another Another song Yes absolutely It's great I see the moon Oh you're looking at the sun I'm not a fool No you're certainly not a fool The lights go out I can test anything you want I can be the one for you For you Oh because you're inside me I can test anything you want You can follow them through metro951 com/ live to watch Dua Lipa in an acoustic format Thank you That was Blow Your Mind first then Be The One Exactly How are you Good How do you feel now Oh I feel great I feel really really good Thank you Are you enjoying it I am I've had a wonderful time here It's been It has been very pleasant And the weather has been wonderful And the food has been great And the wine has been wonderful too He says he's getting mud What did you eat I ate it excellently I also saw it for example Well I definitely tried the steak Oh I'm not a vegetarian Did you try it Yes he tried the meat definitely Argentina The Argentine meat is renowned worldwide Exactly So I thought it would be crazy to come here and not try it He said it was crazy to come and not try it because our meat is world-famous Well is she doing okay Does she always have a good time singing or can she also be not enjoying what she's doing Do you always have a good time when you sing Or do you not always enjoy yourself on stage Does that happen eventually sometimes Well I feel the programs are very different and have a wide range of difficulty and some are much more emotionally challenging than the others But all the same I find a lot of my freedom when I'm on stage so I always enjoy myself How did you feel here specifically in Buenos Aires I have had a wonderful time The audience is so passionate and so strong And they want to dance and have been very welcome It's really good How was it in Brazil Chris Martin even went up to perform Homesick What was it like in Brazil in São Paulo when Chris Martin came on stage and played Homesick In her set right In your set Yes well it was really exciting for everyone It was the first time that Chris and I did it live in front of everyone Because the only time we did it was in the studio It was really exciting and of course bringing an artist like Chris to such a small stage I felt very honored but I think the audience also enjoyed it Very good Well we're talking to Dua Lipa who has opened for Coldplay on their tour Did becoming a fan into a companion make it natural I don't know if you can translate this word Does it seem completely normal to you or is there still something about covering Coldplay playing with them that you can't believe Oh everything is crazy Everything that happens is crazy and I feel there are so many moments Especially powerful to perform with artists I admire and share such a huge stage with them and perform in a stadium in front of so many people They are all great moments of pain and I don't think I will ever get used to them How did this happen Why The support Yes the tour And suddenly you upload some videos some SoundCloud songs and suddenly everyone in Argentina knows you How did this happen so fast Well I mean quickly but actually it took me a long time to get here And I think the whole journey is so different and so unique But I think I used the social media for my advantage I started uploading videos just so I could show them to my friends at school who wanted me to sing And I would go out and meet people and tell them oh why don't we work together in the studio and record songs Just so I would have a way to present a portfolio that when I met a manager I could show them that I already had songs And it was already very thick and she wanted to work and write She was ready to do it on her own but she wanted someone else's help I think it was really a lot of hard work And then start working early upload videos talk to friends record have a lot of material and end up with a portfolio with producers And with important collaborations He worked really hard That when a manager comes and looks for you you say okay here is my work Of course And that person says she's not here to blow hot air but to work to sing and to record songs Okay and the instruments if he played the cello and gave it up because it was too heavy What if they are also interested in or play other instruments or is there one they would like to play Yes the cello exactly that one And I learned it and it was okay with him Probably drove my parents crazy at home But because she was also very small she carried this large cello on my back every day to school And every step I took the cello would hit me in the top of my head or the back of my feet And it also bothered me for being so small and for trying touch a massive instrument And I simply fell in love with it But I would like to have something like a piano or a guitar something that would help me more with my songwriting You still have time Well you work a lot but Yes I would like to have it but it's like learning a new language in a way Of course it is So I would like to Yes absolutely If you don't play New Rules people are about to burn everything Okay we're about to do it Are you ready There is no one else Who loves me So I myself So myself One Don't answer the phone You know he's only calling because he's lonely Two Don't let him in You have to make him leave again Three Don't be his friend You know you will wake up in his bed in the morning One day or two You do nothing So I myself Don't grab the phone You know he's only calling because he's warm Two Don't let him You have to take it out aga They can see the live stream at 9:50 PM 1 com The live stream is Dua Lipa please Beautiful beautiful voice and
