Spanish Natillas Recipe 🍮🍓

Ingredients:
4 cups whole milk
4 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or half a vanilla bean)
Ground cinnamon or cinnamon sticks for garnish
Plain biscuits (optional)

Whisk egg yolks with sugar and cornstarch until smooth, heat milk with vanilla and cinnamon until boiling, gradually mix hot milk into egg mixture while stirring, then cook gently until thickened, pour into dishes, sprinkle cinnamon on top, cool and refrigerate before serving, optionally serve with plain biscuits.🌱
