And I just found something amazing.
Frizzy here.
I am on another adventure in a different town a little bit closer than Boone,
but I came to Winston Salem and I'm going into mega thrift. Yes,
I still have all this stuff in the back of my, my car.
Haven't gone through it yet. That's a problem for another day. Um,
but anyways, let's see what I find today at mega thrift.
I do get a cart here. It's big.
This place is huge. So hopefully we'll find things.
Okay. I went, I saw the jacket, well, some of the blazers and I didn't find
anything there, but I'm going this way are the pajamas.
So I just popped into pajamas real fast and I found something.
First find is this Eileen West nightgown.
It's a, um, flannel.
Perfect for the winter time. I love the little floral details on it.
So I'm going to grab this in the pajama tops.
Here is this smart wool. It's only $3.99.
Cute little base layer, smart wool.
Can I grab this off to a decent start? They don't have very many jackets.
Usually I used to find a lot of good jackets here,
but they don't have a lot of jackets at all. Um,
so dresses are next to the jackets and I found
this pomander place, pomander place,
which is sold on Tuckernuck and it's $7.99.
I think I have sold this dress different color a few times.
A little bit further down. We have this Victoria Dunn,
Victoria Dunn, and it's only $7.99.
How cute is this? Kind of like a little lounge dress,
like a house dress. Very cute.
This is another good brand to be on the lookout for. This is Alicia Bell,
Bell size small. They only want $8.99 for it.
This will come through like 75.
I think I sold one last year a maxi length for around a hundred,
but how cute are these little beads?
And I am starting to think of spring.
You guys spring break is just around the corner. Now in the pants,
we have some Brynn Walker made in USA.
They are linen, a hundred percent linen.
They only want $5.99 for them,
but these linen pants sell really well.
They have these cool pockets on the bottom.
It's definitely needs a lint roll, but um,
see if I can show you wide leg with the pockets on the bottom. So cute.
Very lagging look. Minimalist style.
So I'm going to grab this. I have a pile up here that I need to comp.
So we'll go through that together after I'm done going through the store.
This is exciting. This is a Zuno blazer.
It's only $9.99.
It is all sequined with leather sleeves.
This is a runway piece from 2012.
A linen cotton silk leather trim.
This is amazing. It is a size zero, but Oh my God,
this is so cool. I love it. So yeah,
Zuno runway piece 2012 nice for 10 bucks.
The next step is this Patagonia size large.
It is $7.99. It is a puffer
vest and it's a down filled.
So I'm picking it up because it's down filled.
So yeah, we're doing pretty good.
Here's some Fucci, some Fucci that they want $20 for.
It's like glued. This embroidery is glued on. So,
Oh, I did find this Ralph Lauren purple label.
It is only $7.99,
but I am passing because it is very faded. It's a hundred percent cotton,
but it's just extremely faded. I don't know if you can tell on the camera,
but yeah, it's, it's a little rough. So I'm gonna pass on this,
but I am picking up this Ralph Lauren.
This is $8.99, but it has the crest and the big pony
size extra large. So yeah,
I saw this top and I was like, this is interesting. It feels quality.
And I look at the tag and I'm like, Oh my gosh, what does that even say?
Like I cannot read that at all.
So I go inside and I look for the
inside tag and it is Anna October.
Anna October size large, a hundred percent cotton.
Comps are very, very good on Poshmark. These go for like 50 to $70.
And then you want $6.99. So I'm going to grab that.
A couple of things I passed on these marine layer, um,
wide leg kind of sailor pants. They are size two.
I think I have some of these and that's just been sitting in my
closet and has not sold. So I'm going to pass on those.
I am passing on this Vince. It is size small.
I do like it, but I just, I'm going to pass on it.
$6.99. Let me comp it really fast.
Typically I pick up Vince sweaters because Vince sweaters, they do sell,
um, for me at least, especially this time of year.
But I am passing on this one because the ombre is
kind of trending down and it is a size small.
We are kind of going out of the season.
Comps are only like 25 to $30. So I'm going to pass. Okay. Got a cart full.
Yay. That's fun. This is, Oh, that's pretty.
Okay. Let's go look and see if there are new racks in the back.
And then I'm going to head and move on to somewhere else.
On the new rack that they just brought out, there were the,
there are these Laura Piana men's dress pants.
They're $7.99. They're Laura Piana fabric.
The wool is Laura Piana. The brand is Jack Victor.
Now, since these are new without tag,
I think I can still get like 50 bucks for them.
Um, if they weren't new,
then they would only be like $30. So,
um, I'm going to get them $7.99. Why not?
On that same new rack, there was this Stenstrom's.
This is a very, very expensive brand. Stenstrom's.
It's $6.99. Gorgeous. Marina wool,
full zip, cardigan, sweater, men's. It is gorgeous.
So let's see the inner tag here. Designed in Sweden.
It is a hundred percent Marina wool. Yeah,
this is so nice. Very nice sweater.
It's got that kind of waffle knit. Very good.
And then, uh,
last thing is I got a Confies
because rag and bone don't,
the jeans aren't, for the most part, they aren't great,
but not everything rag and bone is bad because I still sell it.
These are rag and bone jeans. They are the Christine wide leg.
Um, I think they'll do well.
I'm going to comp them really fast and they are only $7.99.
So the Christine wide leg, let's see.
Okay. I can't read cause they're the Justine, Justine wide leg. Um, yeah,
comps are like 50 bucks and I just did a quick glance.
Some of them sold for 80 so I'm going to grab these.
They are a size 29. Nice.
Okay. Now we're done here. Okay. Now we're done.
So I spent $97 there. I think we did pretty well. I am.
My brain is starting to shift a little bit towards spring and getting some
dresses, um, like heavy coats and stuff. I feel like,
I think everyone's probably already gotten theirs for the year. So, um,
I'm still looking at everything, but my shift is coming.
Surprise! I met John for lunch. It's a date day.
We'll date lunch.
All right. Next stop in Winston. I am at the city mission thrift.
It's pretty big, not a ton of clothes, but I'll show you what I found.
First up we have these mother jeans and then another pair of mother jeans.
They are the same size, same exact style, different color.
So they're the mid rise, um, dazzler ankle fray size 26.
They're $4 and these are $4.
Amazing. So two pairs of mother jeans on the board here.
And then this is so nice. So this is Daniel Hatcher,
which isn't really a great brand. It's expensive brand, but, um,
it's not a really great brand to resell, but this is a new tag. This,
it's like a canvas blazer jacket.
Um, it feels like canvas. It is a newer style. Um,
so these can do pretty well and it's only,
where's the tag? It's only $4.
So I definitely won't lose money on it.
Very nice. And then next up we have this April
Cornell vintage lambs wool,
new with tag dress.
How nice is this? It's a long maxi length.
So nice. April Cornell, good brand to be on the lookout for.
It does well. And then these are amazing.
So this is Yves Saint Laurent pants.
Oh my God. How fun are these polka dot with the pleats? Oh my God.
They are amazing. They're,
these are just amazing and they only want $3.75 for them.
Are you kidding me? Yes. $3.75 for YSL.
So cute. These fake pockets. Oh, those aren't real pockets.
They're so adorable. Kind of a tapered leg,
but not too tapered. Love it. Not bad.
Okay guys, I didn't film coming in,
but this is the rescue mission thrift store.
It was amazing and I used Johnny's number and I got $5 off.
So I spent $15 for all that. That's so good.
I'm so excited at the thrift and I just found something amazing.
I've never found these before so I can mark that off my list of thrifting bucket
list. Mark it off. Let me show you. All right.
These are some JNCOs and they're only $3.99 cause they're kids.
They are a little thrashed,
but no significant holes in like the crotch area.
But look at this. That's amazing.
The JNCO tribals. They are a little hole right there. I don't care.
I don't care. I'm getting them. They are size kids. Size 12 though.
I mean, amazing.
Mark it off the list. Yas.
And then I found this game guard fishing shirt. It's only $5.
They sell for like 35 so nice fishing long sleeve shirt.
It has the UPF 30 all the good stuff.
So it's kind of nice.
And then I also found these Zyrena size large,
nice like um creepy lounge pants or beach pants.
Like strolling on the beach.
Cute. And they're only $5. Let's see.
Yeah. Five bucks. So, Oh my God,
I cannot believe I finally found some JNCOs. These are amazing.
So cool.
The next place and I'm back in the town of Greensboro.
Um, I found this and Mashburn and Mashburn is a great brand to be on the lookout
for. It is $12 but this is so cute.
This is like a micro corduroy floral short dress buttons down the ruffle.
Very cute.
And then I always pick up Poppy Lush if it is new with Tag.
Both of these are the same exact thing.
They're body suits long sleeve with this little lace detail around the bust.
But Poppy Lush new with Tag sells really well for me.
So I'm going to get both of these little body suits.
I might bundle them. I might not. I'll have to figure it out. This is exciting.
This is a row back size large $8 tie dye hoodie.
Cute. And then we have a pair of their dogs.
These are men's doggers size large. I mean,
this is just bread and butter. So not bad. Not bad. Hello.
Fit check. Do we need a fit check? So Christmas is tomorrow.
No Christmas Eve is tomorrow. I got this online.
It's going TikTok viral, but I got it from Cider. This little Sherpa.
Row back leggings. Inuki. Inuki.
I don't know how to say. Boots. They're so comfortable. I love them.
But yeah, that's it.
