This vlog captures a slow, gentle day in my life as a new mum 🤍

I start the day with a little postpartum self-care, unboxing and making a recovery soup that’s part of my 30-day postpartum plan. Later, I spend some quiet time with my baby — tummy time, nappy changes, cuddles — before unboxing some new makeup I picked up from the L’Oréal friends & family sale, slowly finding pieces of myself again.

We then pack our baby outing bag (in a picnic basket!) and head out for our very first family picnic together. From stopping by local shops for snacks to laying out a picnic rug at the park, this day felt simple, meaningful, and full of firsts.
