Sri Lankan tusker came to Kandy with government security

nadunadungamuwa raja is the tallest domestic tusker in south Asia. so he is coming from India. so now he is 67 years old.
so he is participating in Kandy perahara as well. so he is the tusker who bring the tooth of relic in perahera.
when he comes to Kandy he always using his foot to come there. he never uses a lorry to carry him. now he has government security when he coming to Kandy on the road
