Chicken wings.
Cover the chicken wings with water.
1 tablespoon baking soda.
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
Let them soak for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.
Pat dry with paper towels.
Salt and black pepper.
3 cloves of garlic.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
You can also use any other vegetable oil of your choice.
More than 2 tablespoons of oil is plenty; this will give you perfectly golden-brown wings.
1 teaspoon paprika.
2 teaspoons oregano.
Which country are you watching from? I'm very curious! 😊 Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 35 minutes.
2 leeks.
6–7 carrots.
Olive oil and salt.
1 tablespoon honey. Mix well.
Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes.
You can bake it along with the chicken wings; just make sure the wings are on top so they brown nicely.
