This L-Shaped Home Blurs the Line Between Indoors and Nature | KR House

KR House by RAVSTUDIO is a family residence in Morelia, Mexico, designed to harmonize with its semi-urban setting surrounded by tall ash trees. Shaped in an L configuration, the home consists of two volumes that embrace a central garden patio, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. Built with local materials such as brick, cement, and concrete, and complemented by wood and exposed brick finishes, the design balances modernity with regional craftsmanship. The layout separates social and private areas while integrating flexible spaces like a design workshop, creating a home that fosters warmth, creativity, and a deep connection with nature.
