Casa Santa Ana is a contemporary residential renovation located in Vitacura, Santiago, Chile. Originally a single-story house, the project preserves the existing structure and footprint while introducing a new second floor to redefine spatial quality and natural light.

The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen seamlessly connected to the living and dining areas, fostering openness and everyday comfort. Private spaces—including bedrooms and bathrooms—are located on the upper level, where full-height windows enhance spatial amplitude and bring generous daylight into the interiors.

Wooden cladding defines the façade, creating a lightweight architectural expression that minimizes visual impact while reinforcing warmth and calm.
