Polar Night is here: 1500 hours with no sun! 2026 Arctic Winter Life in a Van Into the Polar Night. I survived the massive blizzard and snow storm on the arctic border and now I head deeper into the arctic, into the dark polar nights that will last for months. I show my daily life battling the fierce darkness that the polar night bring in my little tiny van life cabin on wheel. The constant show of Northern lights help a lot! It gets cold, it gets dark, it even gets stormy. This is not Svalbard so the polar night arrives later, but it will get darker the further north I go. I show you some more arctic stores and take you shopping for groceries. I get to a lumber yard to get propane, endless tunnels and northern lights guide the way and last but not least, I make Tacos, first tacos in the van actually. And I make the most important meal of the day. Coffee. I am in military zones now so I am careful about filming, but some soldiers on leave spinning circles with their military sivil vehicle I had to get on tape!
