Ingredients for the dough
10g dry yeast
4 tablespoons (80g) granulated sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 cup (220ml) warm milk
50g melted butter or margarine
1 whole egg
500g or so plain flour

MIX 1 EGG YOLK WITH 2 TBS MILK FOR BRUSHING

FINISH BY BRUSHING WITH MELTED BUTTER AND CINNAMON SUGAR

Greased and floured pan
Preheat oven to 200°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown
