Welcome to Alliance Technology, where we will witness how agricultural machinery operates in
the fields with advanced technological innovations created for the convenience of modern farmers.
One of the most powerful agricultural machine combinations from John Deere
features three massive implements. The John Deere 9620RX tractor pulling the John Deere
P576 air hoe drill with a 76 feet width paired with the John Deere C850 air cart.
The 9620RX tractor is an articulated four track model delivering 620 horsepower.
Its four wide tracks ensure excellent traction preventing slippage even on wet or muddy terrain.
Trailing behind is the P576 air hoe drill boasting a working width of 23.2 meters
or 76 feet. This allows a single pass to cover an expansive area saving significant time for
large-scale farmers. Completing this setup is the C850 air cart with a total capacity of 850 bushels
approximately 30,000 liters. It features four separate tanks for different seeds and fertilizers
enabling coverage of up to 69 hectares per fill. One of the most radical innovations
in modern agriculture is the Nexap, a modular carrier vehicle. It is currently performing
slurry fertilization using a Wienhoff tank with a capacity of 32,000 liters.
Far from being a conventional tractor the Nexap is a modular carrier vehicle system
designed to handle all stages of crop production from soil cultivation, seeding to crop protection
and harvesting. Powered by up to 1,100 horsepower it stands as one of the most powerful agricultural
machines in the world. It employs an electric diesel drive system with four independently
steerable wheel units enabling exceptionally agile maneuvering despite its massive size.
For transport between fields the Nexap's wheels can rotate 90 degrees reorienting the machine
longitudinally so that its width is reduced to just three meters making it safe and road legal
for highway travel. This is the process of deep plowing the soil in preparation for a new vineyard.
The goal is to break up the hardest layer of soil beneath the surface.
Here the plow goes very deep often more than a meter. This is crucial for grapevines so that
their roots can penetrate deep into the soil in search of water and nutrients. You can see how
heavy the load being pulled is. The soil here is quite dry and compact. The Fiat 1580 tractor is
relied upon to pull the Nardi single plow to break up the soil layer in this process.
Switching to one of the land-based monsters tractor the class Xerion 5000 track VC as it
performs its heavy duty task of turning the soil with a massive plow. This is a masterpiece from
Norway a 12 furrow Kverneland PW100. Each plow share slices through the soil with remarkable
precision. The steel used here is specially engineered to withstand extreme pressures.
As the tractor advances the plow inverts the old soil layer bringing fresh nutrients to the surface
and preparing a perfect seed bed for the upcoming planting season. One of the most
impressive moments occurs when the tractor reaches the end of the field. The Kverneland
plow is fully reversible executing a perfectly orchestrated hydraulic turn a true mechanical
ballet before plunging back into the earth for the next pass. Simplicity, reliability,
and functionality are the main qualities of a modern tool for classical agriculture. Parameters
ensuring efficiency, productivity, and economy of agricultural works. The Eurodiamond 10 8 plus 1
plow is a structurally simple and reliable tillage unit. It enjoys well-deserved popularity among
Ukrainian agricultural companies that adhere to the technologies of classical agriculture.
Quality development by a well-known European company maximally corresponds to the goals
and objectives of modern Ukrainian crop production. The Holmer TerraDose 5 is a self-propelled sugar
beet harvester an innovation from the agricultural company Holmer. This machine is an upgrade from
the previous TerraDose T4 model and was first introduced globally at Agrotechnica 2023. The
goal of further developing the TerraDose 5 is to ensure the best harvesting quality under all
conditions while providing the operator with a comfortable working environment. Proven components
have been retained while numerous details have been optimized. The sugar beet harvester is
available in the TerraDose 530 and TerraDose 540 versions with two or three axles.
Heavy-duty soil cultivation operations in extremely wet and muddy conditions. A John
Deere 9RX 590 tractor is used for this process. This tractor uses four track wheels. This design
is crucial in the video as it allows the tractor to achieve maximum traction and minimize ground
pressure in extremely muddy conditions. Without this track system a conventional tractor would
easily get stuck in water and mud as seen in the video. Attached to the rear are the Bednar Combo
System CS5000 and the Bednar TerraStrip.
