Hello me from 10 years from now
Right now I am 25 years old
I study Korean every day and am growing as a person
What will I look like in ten years
Will I be married
Will I have a good
job Will I be healthy
I get up every morning to exercise
Because I want to live a healthy life
Are you still exercising
Remembering the feeling of running
while breathing in the morning
air These days I'm setting small goals Reading two books a month
Meet a new person
Study Korean and English more diligently
Did you keep these goals
I sometimes feel anxious
I worry whether I can do well in the future
But I feel better when I write letters
I will be stronger than I am now in ten years
I will have experienced failure and laughed a lot
I want to ask you
Are you happy right
now Are you living the life you want
Are you treating your family and friends warmly
Will you be keeping animals ten years from now
I've been dreaming about a small cat lately
Taking care of the cat feels like taking care of myself
Are you with that cat
Is that cat making your day happy
I promise while writing this letter that I will
not stop loving caring for and pursuing my dreams
I hope you also keep your promise
Ten years from now
Right now I'm filled with fear and excitement as I imagine the future
You are smiling in
the picture I hope you
never lose that smile I believe in you

In South Korea more and more people are keeping pets
Especially in Seoul many people keep dogs and cats
Many people think of their pets as family They take them
for walks give them good food and take care of their health
This culture shows love and responsibility
Caring for a pet is not just a hobby
It takes persistence and attention
Taking care of your future self is similar
Taking care of your health nurturing your mind
and fostering your dreams is like caring for a pet
Ask yourself this too as you look to your future self
