Revisit Casablanca 1928C 16" Oscillating Table Fan

I picked up this Casablanca 1928C 16" oscillating fan a while back at the thrift store for very cheap. I remember being initially disappointed by it as it se emed rather loud, didn't move much air, and was busted. I came across it while cleaning up downstairs a few weeks ago and figured we should revisit it to see if it's as bad as I remember.
