Hey guys, it's Mike Chen. In this video,
I am in Orlando, Florida, trying out a
secret restaurant by KFC that focuses on
sauce. And there's a lot of them. Then
I'm heading to one of the wildest Wagu
restaurants I've ever been to for a
mustry ice cream sundae. Finally,
dinner. Oh, dinner is going to be
humongous. And before getting into all
that, a big thank you and shout out to
the sponsor of this video, Surf
SharkVPN. Of course, I've been talking
about and using Surf SharkVPN for many,
many years now, and I've said this
before, but if you are not currently
utilizing a VPN service, I highly
recommend that you do. To me, Surf
SharkVPN is one of the most essential
apps I keep on my phone, my laptop. I
run it 24 hours a day, 365. It's so
incredibly fast. It just runs in the
background. I don't even notice that
it's running, but it's giving me peace
of mind for less than the price of a cup
of coffee a day. And the primary reason
I use Surf Shark security, of course, we
all have so much personal information
floating around online and everybody
from data aggregators who's trying to
collect your information to sell to
marketing companies to people trying to
get into your bank accounts, your
emails. I have a friend who someone just
got into their email and actually stole
one of the Christmas goods that they
purchased. But what Surf SharkVPN does
is that it encrypts and secures your
personal information before it goes over
the internet. So people who you really
don't want having access to your private
info, they're not having access to it.
Also, Surf Shark has something called
Surf Shark alerts. So when someone is
trying to gain access to something like
the email, you will be notified right
away. And Surf Shark is especially
useful whenever you're traveling abroad
because even though you're traveling
abroad physically, I've noticed that
it's much more convenient to remain in
the US digitally. This way I have full
access and use of all the US websites,
streaming services, so I don't miss my
favorite TV shows or movies. And I
mentioned this before, but a lot of
websites, a lot of major websites don't
even function correctly when you're
trying to access it from abroad. So you
can actually use Surf SharkVPN to change
your digital location to anywhere in the
world. So I keep it back in the US. This
way, wherever I go in the world, I have
full uninterrupted access to all the US
streaming services, all the US websites.
This way I don't miss out on my favorite
TV shows or movies. And I mentioned this
before, but a lot of US websites don't
even function correctly when you're
trying to use it from overseas. So for
me, when I'm trying to pay my bills, my
mortgage, I use Surf SharkVPN for that.
So if you want to give it a try, go to

for four extra months. Hey guys, this is
Mike Chen here in Orlando, Florida. One
of my favorite food cities in the
country at a place I didn't know existed
until probably last week. So, I think by
now we all know that McDonald came out
with a Cosmix. But did you know KFC has
saucy by KFC? Only in Orlando. What?
Let's check this place out.
Oh. Oh, that is saucy. Look at that.
Okay, this place just opened. It is very
very purple chicks. So chicken tacos
$3.95 each. That's not bad. Okay, so
this place I think it's focus is on
chicken strips or chicken tenders.
There's desserts. There's late night
eats. Wo. So there's like a like a
chicken tender burrito here. Chicken
tender rice bowl salad. Oh, there's
actually a lot of stuff. There's a Sammy
a kimchi burrito. Loaded mac and cheese.
Oh, they got a lot of stuff. Saucy
Brussels sprouts. Okay. King's Hawaiian
roll. Of all the places to serve
Brussels sprouts, I never would have
thought it'd be KFC. Oh, all the sauces
are 50 cents. Saucy sauce. Smoky bacon
ranch, sure. Creole honey mustard sounds
good. Tangy saucy barbecue, sure. Let's
just try all the sauces. Oh, it would
have been cheaper if I just got the four
sauce flight. Let's do that. Oh, there's
more sauces. Korean sweet heat. Let's do
that. Salsa rancherero. Sure. saucies,
chim cherry. Yep. Sweet teriyak. And on
a early Sunday morning, there is
absolutely nobody here. First thing I
show up is my mango lemonade.
Not bad. I think I should have got this
maybe on the lighter side. That was an
option. But very tropical. Tastes like
Florida. First of all, I just want to
say people working here are so
incredibly nice. Like so nice. My first
meal as saucy. This is all my sauce. I
think I got eight. Oh, one egg. 1 2 3 4
5 6 7 8 I got 10 sauces. This is pretty
much all their sauces. 10 sauces from
Saucy to try. Now I just realized I
might not have got enough chicken
tenders for all my sauce. This is
actually a real concern. I might have to
get more chicken tenders. I I did not
think this through. I don't think I've
ever had a situation where I had way
more sauce than chicken tenders. And
this is the rice bowl. I just realized I
thought on the photos I thought I saw
Brussels sprouts in here. There is no
Brussels sprouts, just the rice ball.
So, fried chicken tenders, some parsley,
and I'm guessing this is the saucy sauce
on top.
That's not bad. All right, so sauce is
very, very zesty. Creamy and zesty.
Yeah, that goes really well with fried
chicken.
The chicken tender is nice and crispy.
The rice is good. I think this is the
saucy wrench sauce because this tastes
like a very, very zesty ranch. This
actually not bad at all. The rice is
good. Nice and fluffy and soft. Chicken
tender is good. I like the sauce goes
really, really well with the rice. And
also, I really like this because when I
was young, what I used to do was make a
pot of rice, add some protein, and just
dump ranch all over it. That's how I
used to eat it. Wow.
I can very much get on board with this.
I think it's delicious.
Good chicken tenders. Sauce is good.
Rice is good. I like it. Let's try some
of the sauce. And we'll start with saucy
sauce. This kind of looks like thousand
island dressing. And this is their
chicken tender. So, it's not heavily
breaded. This does feel like it just
came out of the fryer, but it's really
not that big of a chicken tender for the
price you pay. But, let's try it. I feel
like today I'm just mainly eating sauce.
I think I like the sauce more than I
like the chicken tender. The chicken
tender, if you can see here, it is
definitely a bit dry. It's crunchy on
the outside, but it's definitely a bit
dry. Sauce is great, though. Very
creamy. Tons of zest. Yeah, this will go
good with any kind of fried food.
Actually, I should have got some fries.
You know what? Get some more chicken
tenders and fries. Be right back.
>> A few moments later.
>> All right, it's got another combo. That
should take care of all my sauce needs.
All right, what's next? Let's try this
high sweet and spicy.
Smells good.
Oh. Oh, that's a really spicy, rich
sauce. There's a lot of flavors in this
sauce. When I say flavor, this thing
tastes like it has a ton of umami.
Now, there's horse sauce in this. Like a
lot of hoyen sauce is in this for sure.
So, this sauce, this is the um saucy
sauce. I say a solid eight. This I say a
solid nine. Might be because I'm Asian.
I love hoyen sauce. But tons of umami,
tons of heat. This is the next one.
Jalapeno pesto ranch.
And that will finish off my first
chicken tender.
It's good. Not nearly as spicy as the
Thai sweet and spicy. By the way, also
the Thai sweet and spicy. It's not
overly sweet, which I really like. But
this one, I think maybe like a seven. I
don't really taste much of the jalapeno.
Got my combo by the way. This is their
King Hawaiian toast. Got some fries and
four chicken tender. And try the sauce
with the fries
after a few bites. Yeah, you do taste a
little bit of heat. It's definitely more
creamy and herby than anything else.
Yeah, like I said, seven. Okay, I'm
really excited for this because I love
honey mustard when it comes to chicken
fingers or chicken tenders. And this is
their Creole honey mustard. And this is
a new batch of chicken tenders. It looks
pretty similar to the last one. Let's
see if this is a little bit better
because it is a lot hotter.
I don't really taste the creole in the
creole honey mustard. It just tastes
like normal honey mustard.
I mean, it's good honey mustard sauce,
but I don't really get the creole
element to it. I say a seven. About the
same as the jalapeno pesto. Okay, I'm
excited for this Korean sweet heat just
because the Thai sauce tasted really,
really good. I feel like this is going
to be great.
Yeah, you definitely taste the gochi
jang in this. Just as much heat as the
Thai sauce. A little sweet again. Tons
of umami.
really good with this chicken chipper.
That is so nice. Next up, chimmy cherry
ranch.
I think this is the worst one. Chimmy
chur usually, you know, just bright and
vibrant flavors. This is just salty.
Can't taste anything else but saltiness.
I got five. Yeah, it doesn't even pass.
That's not good. All right, three more
sauces left. Sweet spicy barbecue. Oh,
they didn't put a lot in here. It's a
very very small amount of the sweet
saucy barbecue. It's enough for like two
two or three dunks max.
That's really smoky. A lot of zest.
Little vinegary. A little tomatoy. Not
bad. Barbecue sauce. I say like a seven
and a half. Actually three left because
the the with the chicken tender combo. I
got another sauce. Let's just do this
first. This is the Caesar dressing. So
it looks like there's tons of black
pepper in here. It smells like there's
garlic.
I'm a big fan of Caesar dressing. This
is pretty good Caesar dressing. Very
peppery, garlicky. You taste the
parmesan cheese in here as well. Not
bad. Solid eight. Okay, now we have two
more salsa rancherro.
By the way, the ring is coming down hard
outside. If the scores get better for
the sauces from now on, might be a
little bit due to that. I like it. This
is another, of course, a ranch based
sauce. Pretty much just tastes like
ranch and salsa. That's good.
What's wrong with ranch and salsa?
That's a great combo. I give another
eight. This is the last savory sauce.
This is the smoky bacon ranch. I'm
excited for this.
Oh, you really taste the smoky bacon. I
like them. I mean, one bite of this
bacon right away won me over.
8.5 on that. I think they definitely put
a lot of thought into all these sauces.
The common theme is most of these are
very zesty or spicy, which goes really
well, of course, with fried chicken or
pretty much all sorts of fried foods.
They're all really creamy and rich.
Again, goes really good with the chicken
tenders. And I feel like they definitely
put a lot more thought into these sauces
than say McDonald's with their citronan
sauce. Again, I might be biased, but I
really did like the Asian flavors
better. The Thai and the Korean sauces
are my favorites. I feel like it goes so
well with fried chicken. I think my
favorite might just be the Korean sauce
because the gou jang works so well with
fried chicken. Oh my gosh, I totally
forgot about the mac and cheese. Let's
try the mac and cheese. So, this has
been sitting around for like 15 minutes,
but it's still nice and hot. It looks
like the cheese is still very melty and
gooey.
I guess this tastes like just any stove
top mac and cheese.
Nothing really too special about it. I
doubt you can add the sauce in here. Or
can you? Let's try the Thai sauce.
Add a little bit.
I'll tell you, not bad. Little bit of a
kick. Cuts through the mundane. Typical
mac and cheese taste. Lights it up a
little bit. Otherwise, yeah, I wouldn't
recommend getting mac and cheese. Two
more things. Totally forgot about this,
too. This is the kimchi taco. Oh, look
at this. It's covered in what I'm
guessing is the Korean sweet and heat
sauce. This is the kimchi they put on
the bottom.
I really like it. This is a great taco.
This is awesome taco. The kimchi is
actually really, really good. Nice and
crispy. Good fermented flavor. There's
tons of heat in here from the Korean
sweet heat sauce. This is delicious.
It's so crazy because the worst thing at
this chicken tender place is the chicken
tenders. They're not good. Like, it's
dry. It's not juicy at all. The outside
is crispy, but definitely a far cry from
your Chick-fil-A where you're raising
Kings. I mean, they got the name of this
place right though. Saucy. You're really
here to taste the sauce. The sauces I
feel are fantastic.
Even the fries, it's not great. So,
these are their little puffs that they
sell. Kind of looks like a little
beignet. And the final sauce is a sweet
sauce. So, let's dunk it into their
sweet raspberry sauce.
Maybe I should have ate this person.
This again has been sitting around for
about 15 minutes or so. That's so tough.
Yeah, they were definitely going for a
beignet there. Maybe it was better if I
ate it fresh out of the fryer, but if it
sits around for 10 minutes, it turns
from a beignet to a vignet. King
Hawaiian roll toast.
It's okay. Best thing here, the sauces.
I actually do really like the rice. I
feel like the rice saves the chicken
tenders a lot because there's so much
sauce covering it. So, the sauce is
dominating everything and carrying the
dish. I also really like the tacos.
Again, ironically, only thing I didn't
really like is the chicken tenders
itself. So, pretty much finished with
all the chicken tenders. Going to finish
my taco, my rice. I thought it was going
to be a lot fuller than this after this
meal. So, I think after this, let's head
to another place I really, really wanted
to try.
This is the other place I wanted to go
to. Palm Beach Meets Orlando. This place
looks awesome. Look at that. Aged Wagyu
tallow popcorn. Wagu wanttons. Wagu
lubas. Frito pies. What? Okay, that's
pretty cool. There's Japanese A5 Wagyu
Katu. Oh, $99 for that sandwich. That
makes sense though. Wagyu strip katu.
Australian Wagu Katu. Oh, there is so
much wagu here.
This is a nice rain. You don't get this
type of rain back in Seattle. This is
some solid Florida rain. By the way,
this place is amazing. There is so many
different Wagyu dishes and I'm trying
some stuff today that I never ever
thought you could add Wagyu to. The
first thing I got Waggy wantons. My
first time having Wagi wanttons. So
crispy fried wonton. Little scallion on
top. Looks like drizzle with a little
soy sauce.
Oh, that's nice. First of all, I love
how much meat they put into these
wanttons. Look at that juicy wagu
filling. Super crispy on the outside.
inside. Just a burst of juice.
Now you almost have to slurp. It is so
juicy. Richest wantton filling I've ever
tasted.
Well, that's a juicy wonton. I mean,
just look at this thing glisten.
I mean, this is really a nononsense
Wagyu filling. It's pretty much all meat
in here. They told me that this is a
mustry item here. This is the Katsu
Sando. This is not the A5 Wagu kazu
sando because that was 100 bucks. This
is the Australian Wagyu katu sando. But
look at how beautiful it is. Just
squeezing this, I can tell how tender
this thing is. Look at that beautiful
toast on the outside. Looks like katu
sauce. Some scallions inside. See some
flaky salt as well. This is a beautiful
sandal.
This thing tastes like the best day of
your life. Cuz
when you bite into it, all you taste is
pure happiness. So tender.
The wagu offers no resistance. Zero
resistance. It's that tender. The katu
nice and crunchy on the outside. The
sauce is beautifully tangy. Oh, that is
a heavenly heavenly katu sandwich. Like
I said, one bite of that. It just makes
you so happy. This is their special
item. They only have 10 of these. They
have Wagyu brisket sandwich. This is a
stunner. Thick cuts of Wagyu brisket.
Pickled shallots on top. Such a
beautiful color. Really nice thick cuts
of brisket. Just beautiful. I bet you
this is going to be good.
Love it. This is one smoky smoky brisket
sandwich.
This thing is super rich, too. That's
why they got the nice pickle shallots
and pickles on the bottom.
M. I just bit into the fatty part. It's
game over from there. Fatty, melt in
your mouth brisket. It's just the
greatest thing. That is where all that
beautiful rich flavor reside.
That's the best part. Also, they put a
bunch of the fern edges in here, so you
get even more of a smoky flavor. It's
wonderful. I wish I could try more of
their stuff. I really wanted to try that
Wagu burger. Maybe I'll come back
tomorrow and get it.
The only downside of sitting outside in
a Florida rainstorm is there's always
mosquitoes. One of the worst parts on
the body to be bit by a mosquito,
fingers. They're probably chilling on my
brisket sandwich. And the finale is this
beef Wagyu brownie. So, the Wagyu is
incorporated into the whipped cream, the
caramel, and the brownie itself. Brownie
Sunday, I should say.
Oh, that's nice. This is such a
delicious brownie sundae. This is so
good.
If you can imagine like brownie traded
in suit and tie for like a leather
jacket, that's kind of what it tastes
like. There's so much more depth to the
brownie.
The first thing you taste when you bite
into a brownie typically is chocolate.
Here, you taste the depth of it. I kid
you not, it's not just sweet and
chocolatey. This thing has it own umami.
I mean, it's a great brownie as well.
The edges are nice and crispy. Inside is
fudgy. It's velvety. Borderline
scandalous with a really unique again
umami fil aftertaste.
It tastes better than any brownie sundae
you'll ever have. I think the storm
agrees with me. The beef tallow adds so
much complexity to this brownie sundae.
This is amazing place. Can't wait to
come back and try more of their stuff,
especially that burger. I think um with
the chicken tenders and this, I'm
definitely good till dinner. See you
then. Wow, it's almost 10:00 at night
now. That last meal absolutely just
knocked me out. Luckily, there's a place
I always wanted to go to. It's near here
and it's still open. Well, at least for
another hour. Let's go. It's going to be
a interesting couple of travel days. I'm
traveling from here to Florence, Italy.
But I I don't know if I can actually
make it because a lot of disruptions in
flights right now. So, uh my flight is
scheduled to leave the day after
tomorrow, if it ever leaves at all. But
first things first, late dinner. And
this is a place I've always wanted to
come to, the do show. This is like a
Egyptian meat pie place. And look how
big this place is. And there's a
ginormous snow oven. And this place is
beautiful. Nice and bright. 10:00 at
night, still open, which I do
appreciate. And this is the menu here.
So, let's get a fatir. They have like
seafood ones, sausage one, mixed sharma,
a special crown. H. There's sweet ones,
savory ones. I'm thinking just getting
the do show. That's ground beef, beef
sausage, and pastrami. Let's do that.
Well, this is going to be a heck of a
midnight snack. Look at this. Look at
the size of this thing. The fat is
classic Egyptian pastry and it's stuffed
with a lot of things. And this thing is
definitely stuffed with pretty much
everything. So, it features beef, beef
sausage, pastrami. There's also looks
like green peppers, tons of cheese,
garlic sauce on top. Oh, this thing
smells tremendous. And it looks
beautiful, too. Nice and toasty on the
outside. So flaky. And inside, oh, this
thing's got so much cheese in here.
Cheese, peppers. Oh my gosh, look at all
that meat.
That's good. That's really good. It's
like a super super toasty, flaky meat
pie. And this thing is absolutely
stuffed with meat and cheese. Dunk it
into their garlic sauce.
M.
The corner meat I've been into does not
do this meat pie any justice.
The center, that's where all the meat
and veg and cheese and juice is just
mingling. That's where the party's at.
This thing is so flaky. It's like the
most perfect marriage between crispy,
flaky flatbread and pizza. All the meat
is tender. The juice has definitely
soaked into the middle parts of the
flatbread. So once you get through that
toasty outer layer,
it's just a heavenly mix of meat,
juiced, soaked thin slices of dough,
crunchy veg, cheese, and meat. I've been
admiring this place for actually a while
now, but it's kind of like in the
outskirts of Orlando. I never really
traveled to this part, but tonight my
hotel's here, and this place was like
less than half mile away.
Pure food serendipity. And even though
this is going to be really heavy, but I
feel like this is just the most perfect
late night meal. Garlic dipping sauce is
awesome, too. And they got so many
different flavors of this thing. Highly
recommend.
