
Eat this everyday and lose weight! Recipe for weight loss
Ingredients:
*12 eggs
*1/2 pound cooked ground beef (or you can add ham instead)
*1 cup spinach
*Salt and pepper
*Shredded cheese (optional)
1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees
2. Whisk together 12 eggs in a large bowl
3. Place 4-5 spinach leaves at the bottom of each muffin cup
4. Put a little cooked beef into each muffin cup
5. Pour eggs on top of spinach and cooked beef, filling the cup 2/3 of the way up - they will rise
6. Add some shredded cheese on top if you'd like
7. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Eggs should be fully cooked - they will rise and look slightly golden
*store in an airtight container in the fridge
P.S. You can also add milk to eggs and make omelette bites
