The home sits on a rare elevated slope, offering sweeping views of Joshua Tree National Park. Its cat-face stucco exterior is washed in five shades of blue that echo the shifting sky, culminating in a vibrant central courtyard that sets the tone for a deeply immersive spatial experience.
Inside, rich textures, bold jewel tones, Murano glass, and curated art reflect Mirtilla’s family memories in the Aeolian Islands and her experience working with Frank Gehry and Kulapat Yantrasast.
