Silver Just Hit a New All-Time High — Is This The Top or the Beginning

In today's video, we're talking about silver because silver just hit a new all-time record
high. The big question is, is this the top and should you sell? Or is this just the beginning
of a massive run? And is it too late to buy silver? So today's video is a follow-up to a
video that I made about five months ago and I want to give you an update on where I stand and
what I think will happen. And just to give you some context, like I made this video at the
time, silver has gone up by 75%. So I've actually been talking about silver every year since the
pandemic. Like last year in 2024, I spoke about it in my Great Melt-Up videos. Anyways, I just
want to say congratulations to everyone that got in early just to start. Okay, now here we are today
and the question is, where do we go from here? The first thing that you have to understand
is that the price of silver is set by the LBMA in London. So that's the biggest market.
So sure, there's futures contracts at the COMEX in New York. You know, they have a big influence
on the price of silver, but the ground zero is still going to be at the LBMA in London.
Now I just want to say that these idiots at the LBMA and at the COMEX, they've been manipulating
the price of silver. They've been basically suppressing the price of silver. And this is not
speculation. I mean, you could just read about it with the JP Morgan traders that went to jail.
Just look at the naked short positions. As a matter of fact, I would say that if you think
that the price of silver is not manipulated, then you are the weirdo. Then you are the conspiracy
theorist. So it is a fact that the price of silver is suppressed and London is now losing
their ability to manipulate the price of silver. And I want to tell you what's happening. Okay,
so I want to ask you this common sense question. What's going to happen if the price of silver
is artificially suppressed in London and the price of silver is higher in India? It's higher
in China. It's higher in the rest of the world. Then what are you going to do? You're going to
buy the artificially low price silver in London and then go sell it in India or in China or
anywhere else in the world. And that's what's been happening. The world has been draining
London of their silver and their free floats is near zero. So there's talks about the LBMA
defaulting on their obligations like it literally could happen any day now. The situation got so bad
that the LBMA had to airlift physical silver from New York to London back in October.
And London was so desperate that they had to lease physical silver from China. And I want you to know
that London getting silver from China, that was a sign of major desperation. That's because the
silver that they received from China was a short term lease with a very high interest rate. And
the problem is that London needs to pay that silver back. And the situation has gotten so bad
that it's now straining China's inventories and it's becoming a problem for China. China's silver
stockpile has now hit a 10-year low. Okay, so what does that mean? It's common sense. I just want you
to think about it. If London continues to play their games of suppressing the price of silver
and London runs out of physical silver, then China's not going to come to their rescue by
sending more silver to London because now China is running low on silver, a 10-year low.
So do you know why the LBMA, COMEX, the bullion banks, and Wall Street, why do they all manipulate
the price of silver? It's because they make money by buying and selling. And they got trapped into
this greedy cycle of selling more than they had with paper contracts. And now they're in a position
where they cannot deliver the physical silver without taking a big loss. And instead of just
cutting their losses, what did they do? They just dug a deeper hole for themselves,
especially over the past few months. They basically overplayed their hand. It's as
simple as that. The LBMA is screwed. Essentially, London is losing control of their power to set the
price of silver and suppress the price of silver, which is going to be good for the price of silver.
Now, moving on, I want to show you this from the Silver Institute's
released in, I mean, this was updated for November, and nothing has changed. Like the
supply and demand economics, nothing has changed. So it's still great for silver. 2025 is going to
be the fifth consecutive year where demand for silver is greater than the supply of silver.
And if demand is greater than supply, then of course, that's a good reason for the price to
keep on going up. Again, it's simple economics. This is for the Silver Institute. I want you to
take a look for the past five years. The mine production, this is basically how much silver
is getting pulled out of the ground, is remaining steady at 800 million ounces a year. If you take
a look at the recycling, that's been stable at just under 200 million ounces a year for the past
five years. But this has not been enough to keep up with demands. So listen, the price of silver
has been rising over the past few years, but I want you to know that they just can't ramp it up
on a whim. Because if you want to produce silver, what do they have to do? It's a long multi-year
process. They have to do the exploration and feasibility studies, and then they have to do
the permitting. That's going to last a couple of years. And then mine development, that's going to
be more years. And then they have to scale up to commercial production, which can take years.
Now, when you look at the demands, it's been ranging from 1.1 billion ounces to 1.3 billion
ounces over the past five years, which is outstripping the supply. Now, will silver demand
decrease substantially? Me personally, I don't think so. Okay, why? Because you need silver
in electronics, electric vehicles, to AI, to data centers, to nuclear power plants, to solar panels.
They all require silver. And I want you to keep this in mind. Everything is manipulated. This is
ridiculous. This picture that's painted by the silver institutes for supply and demand, it's not
accurate. It's not even close to accurate. At least that's my opinion. Because it doesn't
portray the severity of the shortage, because it does not include silver used in military
applications. Every missile, every bomb shot by Ukraine, shot by Russia, or in the Mideast,
are countries rearming and upgrading their militaries, are utilizing a lot of silver
that's off the books. Therefore, the simple economics of supply and demand, it supports
the argument that the price of silver is just going to go higher. And here's something else
that I want to point out to you. On November 6th, the US government designated silver as a critical
mineral. Because again, you can't make fighter jets without silver. You can't make smart bombs
without silver. You can't make this whole AI supremacy war, like that's not going to happen
without silver. Anyways, apparently the government just realized in 2025 that silver is actually
critical to our country. Now, another factor is the macroeconomic situation. The Federal Reserve.
I mean, I don't think anyone's surprised. What are they going to do? They're going to keep on
cutting interest rates, and they're going to enter into a new phase of quantitative easing,
which is just a fancy way of saying money printing. Now listen, I mean, at least to me,
this is very straightforward. The more money that the Federal Reserve prints, like the more
fiat dollars that they put out there, then it's just going to drive the price of silver higher.
Not just silver, it's going to be all real assets, from silver, to gold, to platinum, to stocks,
to real property, just real assets, financial asset inflation. And also, I mean, you have to
think about what's going to happen in May of 2026. Jay Powell, Chair of the Federal Reserve,
he's going to be out of there. His term expires. And President Trump's going to put in the new Fed
Chair. And that Fed Chair is going to ease up on monetary policy just in time for the midterms.
Like their playbook is very obvious. And also, I want to show you this, the GSR, the gold to
silver ratio. It's still elevated. It's at 75. So I talked about this more extensively in my
previous video. And as I originally stated, I'm still using this one. The GSR is a major indicator
on when to unload my silver positions. And I'll tell you, it's not close. If you want more details
about exactly what I said, then please watch my previous video from about five months ago. That
still stands. So I know some people are saying that they're going to wait until 15 to 1, a 15
to 1 GSR ratio. You know, I wish you the very best. I'm not going to be that stubborn and wait that
long. I know that India is pegging it 10 to 1 for loan collateral. You know, that's great. I'm aware
of that. But again, I'm not going to be that stubborn. Bottom line, historically speaking,
silver is not even close to being overpriced. Another thing to note is that institutional
investors have barely entered the market on silver. So here's something that most people
don't know. The institutional funds barely hold any silver. If they started allocating even a
quarter percent or half a percent of their portfolios into silver, the market will not
be able to handle that demand without significantly higher silver prices. Now, we've already seen
Morgan Stanley saying that investors should cut their exposure to bonds and allocate 20% towards
gold. In my opinion, it's just a matter of time before more advisors recommend silver and it gets
more spotlight. Now, in the first half of 2025, 95 million ounces worth flowed into silver ETFs.
So that was the net inflows and that was more than the entirety of 2024.
I'm telling you that silver ETF demand in 2026, I'm expecting it to be greater.
Listen, my prediction is that silver still has a long way to go up from here. And is it going to
go up in a straight line? Of course not. There's going to be bumps along the way. If you want to

We did some options plays. We picked up some miners. But I'll leave a link for you down below
