I have 1.5 kg of ground beef. I will put it in a bowl.
I will prepare 3 onions.
I will cut the onion into cubes.
I will put the chopped onion in a bowl and chop it.
I will pour the chopped onion over the ground beef.
I will add 1.5 teaspoons of salt.
I will combine all the ingredients.
I will use the lid of the jar as a mold.
I will coat the lid with oil.
I put the meat on the lid.
I will take the meat out of the lid and put it on a plate.
I will pour oil into the pan.
I turn on the stove and wait for the oil to heat up.
The oil is hot. I put the meat in the pan.
I will fry the meat for 2 minutes on each side.
I will take out the meatballs on a plate.
I will dissolve 1 beef cube in 500 ml of hot water.
I pour the broth into the jars.
I add 9% vinegar.
I will wipe the top of the jar with vinegar.
I will close the jars.
I will put a cloth on the bottom of the pot.
I will pour hot water to the height of the lid.
I put the pot on the stove.
When the water boils, reduce the temperature and cook for 70 minutes.
After 70 minutes, I take out the jars.
Leave the jars to cool. Store in a dark and cool place until use.
You can keep them like this for up to 1 year.
I'll open a jar to see how the meat turned out.
I'll take out a meatball to see how it looks.
The meatball is soft, juicy, perfect texture.
You can serve it with any side dish.
The point of preparing this meat is to eat it when there is no electricity.
Prepare a meal on time.
