Drug traffickers in South America are struggling to find fentanyl chemicals after the supply from China has dried up, FBI Director Kash Patel tells NTD's sister media, The Epoch Times. Last month, Chinese authorities agreed to restrict the 13 fentanyl precursor chemicals to the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Patel says this leaves drug traffickers with no alternatives to obtaining fentanyl.
