Analysis on Biden Autopen Controversy, Holding China Accountable

Questions over the autopen back in the spotlight. President Donald Trump on Friday said he's canceling all executive orders signed by his predecessor via the autopen. While the U.S. government has used autopens since the Truman administration, a congressional panel raised questions over the use of the autopen during the Biden presidency, on whether Biden authorized all the signatures.
