Inside an Authentic Japanese Green Tea Farm

We travel to the hills of Wazuka outside of Kyoto to meet Yohei Tanaka, an eighth generation tea farmer steeped in the deep traditions of his craft. We also meet cultivation expert Haruka Hori and take a look at her experimental field where she conducts research into fertilizers specialised for cultivation.
