This recipe is ideal as a warm dinner, for meal prep, or as a quick family meal.

📋 INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients for the Crispy Rolls
• 100 g rice (½ cup)
• 150 g chickpeas, cooked or canned, rinsed (1 cup)
• 4 garlic cloves
• 1 onion
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• 1 tsp sweet paprika
• 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
• Flour, as needed
• 2 tbsp white or mixed sesame seeds
• 2 tbsp olive oil for frying

For the Sauce
• Olive oil, as needed
• 1 garlic clove
• 4 to 5 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 tsp tahini
• 100 ml vegetable broth (1/3 cup)

To serve
• Black sesame seeds
