We've just checked in I think it's about 8 30 p.m. I'm a little bit out of breath as we're walking to the lounge. We've only got an hour before the plane board It's gonna be a fun trip We're officially in the lounge This is what we're eating. We don't want to overeat by the way, look at my holiday nails I'm obsessed, but I'm just got a little bit of I don't know if my camera's following around but She's got a bit of salad custo salad chickpeas Bread some wine. He's got some last-minute work that needs to be done It's officially 4 30 a.m. Hong Kong time we've landed and there we go Look at this corner-ass view bro I'm obsessed All ready for the day and I just I still can get over this view like how is this? real somehow we've already made the room a little bit messy just cuz It's a lovely hotel. It's a lovely room. But again, it is Hong Kong So space is always gonna be an issue, but ready for our adventure I Kid you know what we ordered like 30 seconds ago and it's already here iced lemon tea egg noodles chocolate bun egg tart French toast some meat noodles and Would you like? Look at this. How cute is this? It's so efficient here this place is so nice I swear it's like not even 10 a.m. And we've eaten so much Nick is like cool. You made a plan to go to this park. What do we do here? Chat GPT told me I'm looking at this girl. She's missing a beauty. It's 30 degrees. It is so hot We got some dim sum What's going on what event we're at who who is wore these people there's literally the couple Couple's name their cake their video happening in the background there like I'm so confused Something but it's basically a deconstructed orange made out of Yeah to satisfy bubble tea cravings. We have gotten a classic milk tea How is it? I'm so full. I think I'm gonna need like eight freaking days to recover I ended up getting a matcha along the way after already having bubble tea and Matcha and these truffle flavored lays I've never seen these before I attempted to take a nap We ended up Nick and I ended up watching an Adam Sandler movie called click from years ago I had never seen it and then we solved like we both just cried and that's how our afternoon was spent But I got refreshed to put on some new makeup and we're ready for dinner tonight We're starting the night at the hotel rooftop bar and look at the drinks we got I Got their version of Bloody Mary smells so good. And it's actually so spicy and Nick got a non-alcoholic beetroot drink had to come back to our room to just take in that view because Wow You How many floors above are we how did an 1818 That's such a pretty cocktail Look at that. Get this cocktail. We got some veggie nachos some Parmesan chips and Look at these little condiments. Are you excited? I'm so excited. I don't know what to start My drink is 50% alcohol. So I may not remember to like The cocktail that feels like it just aged you like 10 years Good morning guys, welcome to day two of our little weekend in Hong Kong today. It's gonna be more of a casual day We're just going to there's a really cute cafe that I saw actually the tick-tock recommendation called tram view cafe And we're taking the rush You're gonna take the train go over there and there's like a little peak that we can go up the tram after Really excited to see what's going on. And a lot of it is just honestly, we're just gonna walk by see what's going on in general, I Haven't had a mrs. Fields cookie since I was a child and Such good memories Nick are you excited to try for the first time and we're about to take the train We're so lost everything looks the same I've destroyed the aesthetic here. We got some pancakes obsessed with these egg tarts iced tea and some coffee Get it to the peak trend like the peak tower. There's two ways to get here from the city central You can either think you take a tram up or you can take an uber we couldn't be bothered the tram line was really long So we are now here through the uber It's like a whole shopping center with everything there's even Messina here and then we're just gonna go see the peak. Oh My god, I am absolutely speechless That is stunning Michelin-star restaurant at the peak here got some jasmine tea got some noodles I got some egg and chive noodles as well, and it's come with pot broth The only thing is like nobody here knows what vegetarian is You can try this like no meat no meat, but they don't know we come up So I assume a lot of the times not there's nothing in there and it's all like but to be quite honest What happens like I think we've done everything that we need to do at this peak There is like an observatory that you can actually go to the very very top and see the full view But you do have to pay for it and we're just we're gonna be bothered We're gonna go I think we're gonna get a drink and then go back to our hotel We have we got two magnets We got this one for our house and this one to take to Canada Welcome back. I just took a solid nap to revive my entire life and I have my eyes I've been really irritated all day. I don't know what's going on. It just it won't stop It just feels like there's something in there or maybe something happened to my contact lens Anyways, I some I just don't feel confident or you know I just feel like I can't wear any contact lenses because my eyes are dying right now and Because I can't wear contacts. I've given up on makeup. Let me show you guys what I'm wearing. It's a bit of a tragedy God forbid a girl wants to dress like Adam Sandler for the night. Oh He hates it you look like me What's the issue with that for the night where the plans are we're going to the temple street night markets which are I think a 20-minute walk from the hotel and then we're gonna go to the pier do a bit of a walk there See the views and because the area we're living in is just so lively. There's not really a solid plan I think we're just gonna go bar hopping maybe check out a club or two, but stay along How spooky Temple Street night market, I think it's just every shop and every food every animal We're gonna give it a go and see what's going on You know for you Chanel for me So once 25 One feet 25 can have a discount for you. Sure That's fine. I'll meet you halfway Food is here. We've got tea veggie dumplings. What's this big fried pork dumplings? Steamed veggies and some sauce Well, this would be the end of our vacation a holiday weekend in Hong Kong We did go to the Don Don donkey up the name kills me And got some things. I'll do a little haul Got a toy car for my brother. He loves the Cybertruck. This one's for Nick. It's his old car He used to have and then he got some spicy chips for just think some stuff home for parents as well There's this matcha KitKat. I've never tried it looks so yum. This is mainly for Nick. He's got a sweet tooth and then this Apple peach Mochi thing I think and then we went to mrs. Fields again and Got we actually had six cookies. We split it in three and three but got two more left We're flying to Toronto tomorrow morning.
