A bittersweet end to the Homecoming tour and the end of the Spencer Bradley / Mason Branch era. This was Spencer's last show as Tour Manager. As Lily says in the introduction/tribute Spencer started as bass player, tour manager, van driver and even babysitter - he sure took good care over everyone who had not been on a tour before. Bravo Spencer!!!

I was thinking Spencer should play at this last of the Homecoming shows, his last show with the band. Great minds think alike and we got to see Spencer play one more time here. Besides his many jobs keeping the band wheels turning, Spencer was also just a nice sweet guy. In Shreveport he took photos for fans at the meet and greet after at the Louisiana Grandstand theatre. He took my photo with the gals too - but he also took a lot of pics of us chatting before the 'say cheese' smile poses, and I those are my favourites. Spencer said he liked my jacket before the Buffalo show. Always kind. And he was always a sweetheart sharing setlists after the show - in fact in Chicago many hands were reaching out for Ellie's setlist but Spencer brought it over to me - thank you bro! You are a fine gent, sweet person and we wish you all the best in the future. And if you get back to Toronto we'll try to arrange those sunset/skyline/s'mores at the fire pit.
