SEAGULL WENT FOR IT! SEAGULL CAN HAVE IT!

How are we all doing out there? I hope you're all absolutely spot on. Now, I'm off to McDonald's. They've got a festive menu out. I'm going to There's a one item on the menu which is new, which I'm going to get and review. It's a burger, chicken burger. They've got other stuff on the menu. They've got It's all like Grinch orientated orientated. Uh it's got there's like chips on there. Well, not chips, but fries. It's all Grinch packaging and McFlurries and milkshakes and all that nuggets. More for children really. But this is a new item and it's the I've wrote I've wrote it down. I've got it on a bit of paper. I'll tell you what it is now before I go. Uh it's the cheesy chicken stack. Yeah. Very festive, isn't it? Very original and festive. Cheesy chicken stack. Now, they can't go down the stuffing stacker route, can they? Because KFC have done that. And I have reviewed it. I did it last year. I think it was last year or the year before. I'll get a few comments. I have had a few comments. Can you review it? And I might review it cuz it's it's it's new this year. It it it was new last year, but it's new this year. See where it see if it's changing price. So, I probably will review it. I don't know if it's out yet. Anyway, this is McDonald's. So, what is it? I'll tell you. It's 100% chicken breast fillet. And this is from McDonald's website. This uh in a crispy crunchy coating um layered with cheese melt. Uh it's a cheese slice you get with it. lettuce and a warming chipotle salsa. So, yeah, very festive, but it's new. It's McDonald's. It's festive menu and I've got to review it and I got to try it cuz it's new. It's out for a limited time. I think it's six weeks with it being Christmas. Uh, and they've brought the Big Tasty back as well, but they've made it a double. It's like a double stacker. So, if you like your big tasty, um, have it with an extra burger in it. Right, I've waffled on enough. Let's go and get this. I've just been in Asda doing a bit of shopping, believe it or not. What's new? There it is. There. Menu's just changed. So, I didn't get the meal. I got just the cheesy chicken stack and it was £6.89. I'm just waiting for it now. It's getting made. So, it was great service. It was the same woman as I had last when I did my last review at McDonald's. Um, very, very friendly. Uh, I said, "Have you put a receipt?" And said, "I've done it. Have you got any serve yet?" She said, "I put them in." She said, "Have a nice day." There we are. I've got some anyway. But, uh, yeah, sometimes I did ask cuz sometimes you do have to ask. I've come away and there's been nothing in there. But it was good service. I had to wait a little bit, but because it's obviously been made, I was I think I was second in. So, there it is in the box. Cheesy chicken stack. They do some uh cheese dipper melts. I think they've been out before. I think I have reviewed them and they do like a double Mc uh Big Tasty. So, it's just like a normal Big Tasty with a an extra burger in it. So, there it is. That's what you get. I'll show you. Um yeah, I'll I'll take it out and I'll get a thumbnail, but I'll spare you all that malarkey and I'll bring you back when I've um when I'm ready to eat it. So, there it is. I've got a seagull. I'll just um I'll try and I'll point you around to the seagull. Oh, I've got his tail there. What's this? Come here. What's that? Say hello. Get out of it. No, I'm not feeding it. Um, that's what you get. It's because I was showing this up on the wind screen. It's It's me and it's Come and had a look. See what I've got. So, what do I get? Um, it's Yeah, it's 689. It's only little, isn't it? There's your sort of bun. I mean, it's only small that, isn't it? It's not big at all. You've got your salsa in there. Chipotle, actually. Warming Chipotle. It's only a young and that still in the show. And there's your cheese melt. That's your cheese melt you get. It's like a big block of sort of fried cheese with um your chicken and then you've got more cheese underneath it with your uh your lettuce. Right. I'm going to try and sort of make it a bit sort of more Put the chicken in the middle if you know what I mean. Right. Let's see what this is all about. It's not having it. I'm going to get into it. Just put me wipers on then. See if I can get rid of it. But it's not having it. Goodness me. I'll finish this. I got rid of the um the seagull. It's gone on the other car. There's the car pulled up now. It's gone on there. It's only a young. Anyway, I'm digressing. Um the chicken is just I think they've overcooked it. They've done what I normally do, overcook stuff. The chicken is It's very very very crunchy. You probably um guessed that when I put it in my mouth. The chicken is so flat. It's so flat. There's the chicken inside. It's Oh, it's completely flat. It's It's just too crunchy and can't even taste the chicken. I don't know if they've had it too long in the old um you know, in the in the fryer, but there's your chicken inside. It is proper chicken. None of that foamy mushy stuff. It is breast. It's rock hard. That coating is rock hard. And I don't know if they've had it in too long. Um, all I'm getting is like that massive crunch of the coating. Let's see if I can taste any any of this sort of cheese melt thing that they've got on top. Not picking up any cheese at the moment. I'll finish this. I'll finish that. It's just that chicken is just too hard. It's just It's gone rock hard. It's just ruined it. Completely ruined it for me. The chipotle sauce is quite nice. It is a little bit warm in. I can taste it. It's got a little bit a very mild mild bit of heat. Um that cheesy thing is not Yeah, it's I can't really pick it up. I can't. There's the sort of cheesy bit there. Look. It's okay. It's just We've ruined it. The chicken's ruined it. That That should be like the main sort of It should be It should be a good thick thick bit like that for me. The chicken fillet. It And it should be like Yeah. a crunchy coating, but light crispy coating. And the chicken should be lovely and moist and I should be able to taste it. It's completely flat. It's like someone stood on it, took it out the the deep fat fry, put it on the floor, stamped on it, and stick stuck it in there. Oh, what a nightmare. It's absolutely ruined. It really is ruined. I'm going to be the Grinch now and say this is rubbish. It's too hard. Nearly cracked me back tooth then. Go. It's like pebble dashing that co in on that chicken. Wowers. Now I put it I don't know. I've put it down to they've never cooked one before. I don't know. Just I don't know. It's just wrong anyway for me. I hope you get a better one if you do get one. But for me, that's shocking. It's absolutely shocking. I can't enjoy it. I can't It's too hard. That that coating on the chicken is just It's teeth breaking. Just watch it if you've got fillings or whatever and you don't want to popping out or out like that or you've just got new teeth in or something. I don't know. Or you're just an old fart like me who's got to watch his teeth. Um, but yeah, it's not it's not for me that I'm not even going to go go through I'm not going to go through and try another one. I'm not going to waste me money. Um, it's up to you. You try it. You try it. See what you think. But the service was good. We'll leave it at that. Seagull's gone now. Kez, is it Az?
