Russia Rejects EU’s Counter-Proposal for Ukraine Peace Plan

Russia has responded to the latest peace plan, drafted in Geneva yesterday. The Kremlin says this version is not acceptable. Ukraine, meanwhile, is suggesting it won't cede any territory currently occupied by Russia.
