What is the Secret Behind God Eye Nebula?

When fuel runs out in a Medium size star. Then it starts forming a Planetary Nebula. Which is a ring-shaped structure. It's made up of the expanding shell of Gases. And the dust was expelled by the dying star.

In October 2012 . . .
NASA/ESA took this Nebula image. Its name is Helix Nebula, NGC 7293. Also known as the God Eye Nebula. Located about 700 light-years away. It's spanning about 2.5 light-years across. And the nebula is about 10,600 years old. And it's expanding at 31 km per second. The central star's remnant is a white dwarf.
