Ladies and gentlemen, this single-story ranch style home has 2,754 square feet, but here's the best part about this house. Three-car garage, you have the front entrance, and over here, it goes out to your attached casita. So on this side, you will have a full apartment, pretty much, that is built into your house. You also have access to this apartment from the inside of the home, but this would be the access from the garage. A really, really nice setup on this one. Now, getting into this house, you're gonna see the three-car garage up front, the stacked stone, beautiful eight-foot door entrance. You have these oversized lots in this location, and these homes are going for anywhere between $710,000, going up to $750,000, and that really depends on the lot. The upgrades in the house are gonna be very similar for all these homes. Three-car garage with the three driveway, three-car garage driveway as well. And then, going into the house, you have this beautiful entryway that leads you to your living room, dining room. To the right side, you have two bedrooms that share this bathroom in between. And then, to the left side, it will bring you to your laundry room and your three-car garage, as well as your next-gen suites that they have in there. Now, if you guys haven't been through this community, this is the Heartland Manor community in North Las Vegas. We are in the Tule Springs Master Plan community, and this is all built by Dior Horton. Beautiful location, and HOAs are just over $100 a month, and you get a lot of amenities, a lot of parks, trails, and all that good stuff. This house has nine-foot ceilings throughout. We have about 11 by 12, the size of this first bedroom. Very spacious. We have one sink and a fiberglass enclosure. You're gonna get brushed nickel fixtures throughout the house. It could be a black finish as well. Just depends on what they put into the house. Then, the second room feels about the same size, 11 by, a little bit more, actually, 11 by 13. And then, we have also the side door closet that is a little bit bigger on this side. Yeah, beautiful-sized rooms. Then, we have, as we walk through, your laundry room to the left, as well as your next-gen suite. What we're gonna do is we're gonna go around the house, start from here, go to the primary, and then we're gonna get back here to see the next-gen suite. Yeah, dining room is spacious. I've told my clients, if you want, if you don't need a secondary dining room, you can turn this into an extra 10. All you really will have to do is close off that wall. I know it's nice to keep it open. It makes it feel nice and bright. But if you're more of that practical person that needs an office, then this might be a better option, or even better. Hire someone to put glass doors here, like a glass wall. All they have to do, really, come in, take some measurements, and put in a glass wall with the door. There's really not much to do here. There is a vent. So you might have to put in some kind of jump duct or something to allow for proper airflow if you close it all off. But it's gonna be a beautiful office. Or you can keep it like this as a formal dining room. The kitchen is spacious. Your primary is kind of hidden in the back, which I like. Walk-in pantry. You'll get the gourmet kitchen with the double oven, microwave, your cooktop, and then the canopy hood, all including the price. As far as the options that they usually put into these homes, you'll get quartz countertops, shaker cabinets. And these are real wood shaker cabinets, 42-inch, three-inch crown molding. And what a stunning floor plan. It's beautiful. I really have nothing against this one. It's great. It has a lot of light coming in. I love how you have all these windows here, the sliding door, that window. It just doesn't feel as dark as, for example, the model next door, the 2538. I'm gonna leave a link up here if you wanna go check it out. Which, that was my only criticism to that floor plan. Yeah, really nice. You'll get the six-inch baseboards, nine-foot ceilings, shaker cabinets, everything, all included. The luxury vinyl blank that they offer is all gonna be included in the purchase price of the house. That is gonna be anywhere between $710 to $755 at the time of this video. Four chairs on this island. You can probably fit five. Spacious dining room. Look how much room we have out here. And then this one will lead you out to the backyard. Now, they nailed shut, or not this one, the one next door they did, but let's go outside and see what this backyard is like. 10 by 20 cover patio. It's gonna be the suckled finish one, so it's built into the house. And a beautiful-sized backyard, look at this. These lots are about 65 feet wide, and you get about 30 feet in depth, so there's plenty of room for a pool or whatever you wanna do. Let's say you have some pets, you wanna let them run around, there's plenty of room there. And this specific lot, because it's a model home, it has a nice extra side yard, but that depends on the lot. Usually, that's not what you get. These lots, you know, $710 would be for a regular lot that has a neighbor behind, but they do have some lots that don't have a neighbor behind, which, you know, some people prefer to not have that neighbor behind. You have actually a reserve national park behind you, so that would be a great option for anybody that values that privacy. Then king-size bed, very spacious here, enough for a retreat. I love how this one has a walk-in closet that is separate from the bathroom, and it's a spacious one. And then your primary bathroom will have the quartz surround matching the kitchen countertops, as well as this 316th of an inch glass, so it's not the flimsy one. And then you have the brushed nickel finish with the tub here, which is spacious as well. It's nice and wide. And your two sinks under mount. You will get the oval finish. Sometimes they, I mean, most builders, they offer a square finish, but right here, they're offering the oval one. Just personal preference at the end of the day. Now, this was it for the main house. Then we have the attached casita. So when you buy this house, you're buying both units with one, because technically it's just a single-story home. So you get one mortgage, but now you have two places, two homes. So let's say you have a mother-in-law or someone that wants to live with you, or you want to rent out part of the house, this would be a great option. So this would be your garage entrance, three-car garage. You have your coat closet. Then in here, we have a nice laundry room, great size. You'll get the sink as well, the upper cabinets. And this would be the multi-gen. So right here, let's say you want to rent it out. You could easily wall this off, and then you rent it out to someone. Yeah, multi-gen. It does not come with the appliances. Even in the kitchen, it doesn't come technically with the refrigerator. And here, it doesn't come with the refrigerator and the microwave. Also, your washer and dryer are not included. Same with these ones, because here you get, because it's the next gen, you get two laundry rooms. So this one is the stack washer and dryer that is not included. And then the living room. I love how this one is kind of tucked away. You don't have really much space for a dining room. I mean, you could put a small table here in the middle, or maybe even put a four, six-seat table against the wall underneath the TV. And then you can just pull it out whenever you want to have dinner. You know, that's something that you can do. But you know, it's not meant to be a spacious second home. This is more of a, okay, maybe one or two people that live in here and they go to the main house to eat or do whatever. Although they could cook here. You can see that microwave is actually also an oven. You can buy a cooktop and just put it on top right there. They're like 80 bucks on Amazon. And then, yeah, full bathroom here. Pretty much same things as we saw in the other bathroom. And then this one has the linen closet in here. You've got some space for storage. And then a beautiful size room. This one is about 11 by, yeah, 11 by 12. That's a queen-size bed. You could fit a king, though. And then the sliding door closet on this one. So really cool setup.
