In this video, I am showing how to make Miso stir-fry, a recipe not at all well know outside of Japan but quite popular in Japanese households. It is very easy, yet very tasty and can be made with any ingredients of your choice, whatever you may have left in your fridge.

Ingredients for Miso stir-fry
Pork belly 100 g
Garlic 1 clove
Frying oil 1-2 Tsp
Vegetable of your choice:
Eggplant, Shishito peppers, Bell peppers, Carrot, Zuccini, Broccoli, Cellery, Cabbage, Nappa Cabbage etc.
Sweet Miso sauce
- Miso Paste 1 Tbsp
- Sugar 1 Tsp
- Sake (or white wine) 2 Tbsp
- Chili powder
