DOJ Sues California Over College Tuition Perks for Illegal Immigrants

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is accusing California of discrimination by offering in-state tuition benefits to illegal immigrants while denying them to out-of-state citizens. California's governor and heads of public universities are being sued in the lawsuit, filed Nov. 20.
