Hi everyone, my name is Debra and this video is the second part of my campervan trip in Scotland, UK.
Don't forget to watch the first part if you haven't.
And I hope you guys enjoy the video.
Good morning!
It's the fourth day.
We're stopping for a while at a hot chocolate place.
They said it's the best hot chocolate in Scotland.
So we'll see if it actually lives up to its standard.
It's called Cocoa Mountain.
This is the best chocolate.
The price is...
We bought the large one.
It's 5.95 pounds.
So it's around 125 thousand.
Best.
But it's good.
We're done at the hot chocolate place.
Now we're going to Carl's School Bridge.
It's a pretty steep bridge.
They said it's good for drone shots.
Unfortunately, I don't have a drone.
But they said there's a small hill before the bridge so we can see the bridge from above.
I hope we can see the bridge from above.
We're stopping on the side of the road because the view is really nice.
Honestly, it's not that visible on camera.
But in real life, it's so big and it's so majestic.
Another stop along the way because the view is pretty.
Now we're finally at Carl's School Bridge.
We're parking before crossing the bridge so we can see the view from above.
It's quite small but let's go out.
The wind is so strong.
It's lunch time.
We're having lunch at Carl's School Bridge.
For lunch, we're going to make ramen.
We had a pretty big breakfast so we're not too hungry.
Let's go, babe.
Today is the fourth day.
Tonight, we're going to stay at a proper campsite.
We can refill the water, throw away the trash, and charge the battery.
I think it's a good idea to stay at a proper campsite on the fourth day.
There's a panel here.
You can see how much water we have left.
We have 4.5 liters of water left.
You can also see the battery.
The battery is still quite a lot.
It's about 2 bar.
The water is about 2.5 bar.
We took a shower 4 times yesterday.
So, it's quite good.
Lunch time.
Cheese is good.
It's very thick.
It's not bad.
We've made it to our campsite.
It's called Clechtol Beach Area.
The place is really nice.
It's all green.
You can also see the beach.
Now, we're going to charge the car.
There's a charging point and fresh water here.
It's next to where we're parking.
We're going to charge the car now.
It means that the car is charging.
We're walking to the beach.
The weather is good.
But, it's windy.
It's cold.
We're back to the campsite.
We're going to have dinner.
We're going to eat breaded whitefish fillet.
Good morning.
Today is the fifth day.
We woke up quite late.
We planned to wake up at 8 AM.
But, we woke up at 9 AM.
Because, we're quite tired.
It's windy outside.
Today, we're going to hike.
Stegnapolike.
If I'm not wrong.
But, it's windy.
I'm not sure if we can do that.
So, we'll have to see later.
Anyway, we're going to have breakfast.
We've made bread.
Bagel, egg, and bacon.
We're making coffee.
Let's eat.
I'm going to try the mocha from the coffee machine.
There's a coffee machine here.
The price is 2.5 pounds.
It's around 50 thousand.
It's actually not too expensive.
Normally, it's around 3 pounds.
For 2.5 pounds, it's not too bad.
I think we might actually end up going hiking.
Because, the wind...
We think it's still okay.
And, it's still doable for hiking in this weather.
So, yeah. We'll see.
Now, we're going to Stegnapolike.
When we're on the way, we'll see.
I think it should be that one.
Right there.
Now, it's not cloudy.
And, you can see the sun just right there above.
So, hopefully, when we get there,
the weather will still be good and not cloudy.
Let's go.
Guys, we've arrived at the parking lot.
And, look at this.
It looks so much nicer in person.
But, the weather is really nice.
It's big.
Now, we're going to prepare our food for hiking.
And, as usual, we're bringing bagels with cream cheese and salmon.
I think that's going to be our staple food for hiking.
Let's go make the food before we go hiking.
We're going to make the food later.
And, it's done.
Start of the hike. Let's go.
700 meters up.
And, 700 meters is really steep.
So, if you look at the view, we're really high up.
From the moment we left.
Let's burn it.
This hike is not that long.
I think it's 2 or 3 kilometers.
So, I think it's about 3 or 4 kilometers.
Unfortunately, my audio is not that good here.
Because, it's really windy.
But, I'm showing you the app that I use when I'm hiking.
The name of the app is Walk Highlands.
And, here you can see all the details of the trekking.
Starting from the distance, time estimation, height.
Everything is here.
And, you can also download the map.
So, you can use it offline.
And, this is pretty clear.
You can also check real-time where you are.
So, you can know where you are from the whole route.
And, how many kilometers.
Now, we're on the road from kilometer 1 to kilometer 2.
I got a bonus.
I walked a little bit.
So, I can take a rest.
Because, on the first kilometer, it looks really steep.
We're almost at the top.
But, it's really steep.
So, I'm tired.
But, let's go up.
We've spent a long time at the top.
I think 30 minutes.
Because, it's really good.
And, the weather is good.
The wind wasn't that strong.
And, we're actually the only ones here.
There's no one else here.
So, it was really good.
We're so thankful.
Now, we're going back down.
It's almost 3 o'clock.
We're almost at the bottom.
We can see the pen.
The pen is here.
It's white.
And, the road is foggy.
Boggy means muddy.
But, it's okay.
It was fun.
Let's go.
Did we go through here?
We did.
We're here.
I think this is the parking lot.
But, it's being renovated.
I think it's going to be bigger.
So, we parked a bit far.
But, we've made it.
Good job.
We're back in the van.
We're going to Ula Pun.
It's a big city.
So, there should be a lot of restaurants.
And, there's also a restaurant.
It's around 30 minutes from where we parked.
So, we stopped 10 minutes before we got to Ula Pun.
Because, we found a place to stay overnight here.
And, the view is quite nice.
So, I think we're going to stay here for the night.
We're done with our walk on the beach.
Now, we're going to make dinner.
We're going to make pork chop and pasta.
This is the reality.
We're staying in the car.
Because, the car is tilted.
So, when we take a shower, the water comes out.
So, it's quite hard to tell.
And, that's a wrap for day 4 and 5.
Thank you so much for watching.
Please stay tuned for part 3.
Which is going to be the last episode of this series.
Bye.
It's so beautiful here.
